    I just chop n dropped my sisters back yard this morning. Alot more to go. But I noticed how unhealthy the trees were. And I chopped the golden rain trees to chest high for them to grow back. Super fast growers and they break down quickly too.

    Thank you for sharing. I would advice if I may, to work on the structure of your content. Many things could be said more strongly with less words. Kind regards, Michael K.

    Can you please share what variety of banana tree/plant that rack was hanging down from? I understand it is the structure that helps get that result, just wondered what variety since those bananas look like supermarket size. Many home grown racks I have seen down here are much smaller.

    @Agroforestry academy , Could you tell, as the biodiversity grow isn't necessary more measures than traditional agricultural to protect the fruits / vegetables? which turns it more expensive

      Not really, because you'll be creating a balanced ecosystem and pests cease to be a pest, because suddenly they've got a healthy population of predators.

    Around 9 minutes in, what is the positive result a giant swarm of locusts contributes? It is obviously not very good for conventional farming, would it benefit an agroforestry system?

    Any ideas? on planting on a drain field possible agroforestry ideas?

    • @AgroforestryAcademy
      @AgroforestryAcademy  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      You can plant whatever you want on a drain field, all plants will thrive nicely, as long as there's no water logging of course. If there's waterlogging you're gonna have to be picky about your species. Hadn't you asked about cotton somewhere? I can't seem to find the questions and don't remember if I answered them

      @@AgroforestryAcademy I’m in a temperate region where cotton is grown annually and most of the farmers around uses combines to harvest and plow in just doing a small strip of cotton as a part of agroforestry strip along the driveway
