I think we Indians have a disease to call every dish as Indian alternate food.I mean in 1st world country u can find many italian,french,chinese,indian ,mexican, arabic,restaurant but in India even if we find any barely one we call it as sev puri, masala puri, bada pav..Ik not all r authentic but Indianized still we can have a bite atleast once a life time.
