    Made this tonight with a few minor alterations. Water instead of beer, and a mixture of about 50/50 regular bread crumbs and crushed plain pork rinds for the breading. Came out absolutely incredible. Served with Burger King zesty sauce and Twisted Ranch Cheesy Smoked Bacon sauce on the side. We agreed that they are even better than Outback's fried mushrooms, which we didn't think was possible. Added to our lineup - thank you so much for the recipe!

    I cleaned my kitchen and came across some garlic croutons & panko bread crumbs. Sometimes, you have everything you need to make a different meal. You just need a recipe to inspire you! 😂

    I may try this recipe. I have two mushrooms now, but cut up, it makes more. I have all of the other ingredients. You didn't mention what type of oil you used or any measurements for the seasonings. I have a tendency to be heavy-handed, so I don't want to ruin good food overdoing it. Thank you.

    Is it 1 tsp salt and pepper it was down at the bottom but not labeled with measurement. How much salt and pepper do i need

      Measure to your personal taste. This is just for the breading, you can always add more after cooking. 😊
