Hi Linna! Oh, I went to Kyoto during GW as well! It was so crowded 😵💫 I hope you were able to avoid some of the crowds. funnily enough, we also went to Katsukura there (but in a different location)! I thought the ground sesame mixed with the sauce was sooo yum. Your video also made me want to explore Lake Biwa. I live rather close but I've never visited. Wishing you and your family healthy and peaceful days, and thank you as always for a nice video 🌻
Thanks for sharing your trip. U bought those neck cooling rings last summer and they work great! Bit if you go out for a day then after a couple of hours the gel gets soft and not cooling anymore. That can be fixed by taking a break in restaurant or something with airco. The rings cool down again. Yes Japan is really good with stairs😅🙈 I want to take my mother in November to Enoshima, but those stairs. (I know they have an escalator but it's not the same and you can't stop if you see someting interested) and in Nikko as well.

Japan has some really beautiful old buildings, castles & shrines & I love the greenery around all these places too...the 400-year old tree was amazingly beautiful too. Even though it rained, everything was beautiful...I loved seeing the Golden & Silver Pavilions too & so good that your boys got to see places they studied about in school too. The buildings are so beautiful & I love all the flowers in bloom and the greenery...such peaceful, moving places to visit. All of your food looked so delicious too...I love the Asian idea of having so many different tastes in small bowls too. Thank you so much for sharing, dear, sweet Linna!♥
