CLARIFICATION OF THE MISSING E: guys, it's there, the ink flow of the gel pen is too fast and often joins the lines together. Hence the 'E' may look like the letter 'G'. Plus my handwriting is small, so i can see why you guys may have mistaken. THERE YOU GUYS CAN STOP POINTING IT OUT NOW LOL
Honestly, my handwriting changes every time my ballpen changes. If I switch a ballpen to a pencil, it also changes. sometimes, I go from super neat to a close letter to wide lettering. I dunno, my hand just writes.
Could you do a video on how to be able to write straight? I always have my paper tilted so my handwriting looks a little diagonal/tilted. Any tips would help!
ohnotes. I used to write really really small and neat and I loved it but my teachers couldn't read it because of its size so my dad made me start writing more legibly. I was able to really quickly teach myself to change my handwriting, and since then I've written in a generic font. I basically write letters the exact way we were taught in kindergarten. I like it because sometimes it's really neat and pretty. Even though it's not entirely my personality, it still is a bit unique to me. The one annoying thing about it is I always end up making it look really bad if I'm writing quickly or if I just am not careful. This year I've really been trying to make it neat but it's so hard T.T
ohnotes. your videos really helped me a lot 😊my study note look more organized and so does my handwriting 😉thanks for making such awesome videos I really enjoy watching your videos 😊👍and your voice over was really good as well 👏
It really depends on my mood. Sometimes it can look nice and neat, other times I can barely decipher what I'm trying to write. Most of the time, it is legible but a little messy. In general, I tend to have small printing for my general handwriting, though I try to type my notes when possible. Currently, I'm trying to learn brush and calligraphy to see if that will make me more conscious of letter shapes and such.
no one asked but here’s what I do: in class, when my teacher is talking fast and I’m taking notes, I use my half scribble half cursive handwriting that basically only I can read 😂 and then when I get home, I write my whole set of notes again in what I call my “study notebooks” in a much neater handwriting so it’s easier to read. yes, this takes double the time but it honestly doesn’t take that long plus I find that reading and writing down what I learned in class really helps me retain the information better. Hope this helped!!
I have VERY BAD handwriting. people often mistook my handwriting for a 4 year olds, so I got a 4 year old cousin to write something for me and compared it to mine, and that kids looked better then mine. Im also left handed to life is pretty much LIVING HELL for me. I tried learning cursive to see if that would help and for a week it got worse because I would accidentally connect letters in normal print handwriting. there are also certain letters I can't write without taking more then a few seconds on, for example: lower case N, L, A, D, B and in school I default to the upper case variant so I don't waste time. just imagine what what would look like, a 4 year olds handwriting, with small spelling errors (like swaer instead of swear) and random uppercase letters *Edit 4 years later* So my handwriting has gotten a little better. It's actually legible now. For a while I practiced writing specific letters I'd usually struggle with, now I don't struggle with them as much.
It's okay, you can do it!!! I'm a leftie who actually struggles with writing print. I use cursive all the time, it's possible!!! I taught myself when I was about 12 years old and still make changes to it years later, so be patient with yourself! Just practice diligently and be patient 🥰
Currently my handwriting is really big, messy, and hard to read. Growing up I struggled holding a pencil the write way and still can't. I haven't had many problems with it in high school but I'm not happy with the way it looks. Do you have any pointers for someone who has a strange grip on a pen looking for a change in handwriting? Nothing seems to be helping me..
yehobieTM 키키 what I did was write down the alphabet, than pick out letters I'm not satisfied with. Look up neat writing and try to copy the letters. After that change how all your letters look, by making small adjustments. For example, a few months ago my writing was tall and close together, now with some adjustments its shorter and the letters a are wider but still close together. A problem I had was my letters connecting and I created my own kind of cursive, that no one can read. It's just little things you need to change, don't go on a drastic change.
Thank you so much for your videos!! You are saving my life. I'm 19 still finishing Highschool so your plan to help kids in school is totally working; but I really watch your videos to help with my personal studies and learning anything I want! You make FABULOUS videos and I love your updates on topics you've already done!
My handwriting has always been sloppy and big... I've tried and tried to improve it but it's always been sloppy!! I have never been able to space correctly or sometimes I don't pay attention and the letters collide!!! This is very frustrating and nerve-racking to me because all the other girls in my class have really pretty handwriting I could honestly be mistaken as a boy in comparison 😥😥😥
dont worry! i know how you feel :/ thats why im watching this video. but i mean if i need to write something down i don't care bout the neatness, butttttt my notes are a mess sooo 😬 i feel ya 😒
I spent a whole year writing in caps and my mom finds it annoying when I write like that so I am trying to change my handwriting back to "normal" letters and smaller since writing in all caps in my opinion took up so much space in my notes. But anyways this video was so helpful thank you very much!! 👌🏼
I use a pencil and my favorite and many in my school's favorite are, the PaperMate mechanical pencils, with the retractable tip, I have found they have improved many people's handwriting, and they are very durable and good for math aswell.
My handwriting is very messy, I often get low scores on our essay's because teachers can't understand it and sometimes I get comments on my paper like "Improve your handwriting." but even tho, how many times I tried to improve it, I still go back to my own messy handwriting and my handwriting became like that because I always forget the answers or the sentence I am writing if I write slow. :(( and this video helped me alot. Thanks
I really agree even tho i'm a bit late that practicing the handwriting you want to achieve will help, or just practicing different kinds of styles, try doing calligraphy or typography if you're an artsy person, bc it'll really helps to improve your writing in general. Pen and comfort in it really helps a lot. And being organized, makes your writing look neat and cleaner. This was an awesome vid. Really helpful❤
Yaasss! I had to work hard, too! I usually would just try to copy their handwriting, so that is one way. But then I actually developed hundreds of different types throughout middle and high. My favorite one is a really pretty cursive! ☆
My favorite kinds of pens are the cello pens from India. They are so awesome bc you can grip them easily and they are so skinny! I definitely recommend them! But get ball point only
Tip - Sometimes writing too hard on your paper can affect how you write. Especially if you make a mistake and you erase it there will be an imprint on the paper, and if you write over that it makes it look wobbly. :) Also, don't hold the pencil so tight, release some tension and hold it as if you are holding a spoon or something. Holding your pencil too tight may be the reason why it's harder to right because the movement of your wrist/hands is tight. And don't write on top of too much paper, 2 sheets is okay. Also, don't using a regular wood pencil will also affect the way how you write, it may be difficult as the pencil is sharp as first and then it becomes more rounded and less sharp. So I use a mechanical pencil that helps me keep my writing the same thickness. P.S., if you find that you write too hard with a 0.7 lead pencil, use 0.5, it can train you to write lighter, as the lead will break if you push down too hard. It certainly helped me lol
my handwriting looks exactly like the handwriting you want and I actually think when you write in that handwriting it looks way better than when I write like that, even though we have the same handwriting. (maybe it's the pens that I use)
I thought I was the only one that change my handwriting until I saw this. I thought I was crazy and abnormal where I force myself to stay in the same handwriting but I couldn't. glad I not alone.
Leaks That's an E lol. My handwriting is similar to her's and sometimes my E's look like G's because when I do the rectangular part of the E I do it fast and it kinda curves and then I place the leg so it does look like a G. But it's easy to read that it's an E lol
sounds boring af but I used to get my fav books and re-write what I read on a piece of lined paper. And that's how my writing improved as a kid. :/ Not sure if that helped but I'm a nerd so >_
When taking notes: I personally use post it's when ever I make notes and then after school in the library is write it out I'm my book in a way that is neat, presentable and understandable.
Thank you for this video, it helps me a lot. One trick I use is to write on top of a paper with a font that is close to the handwriting I want to have. Your brain will get used to having your hand move a certain way and it will soon become muscle memory.
my handwriting used to be rlly loopy, I thought it was neat and smart but my mom told me it was hard to read, after that day I instantly hated my handwriting, I looked for inspiration on Instagram, nothing there, I looked for inspiration on google images, nothing there either, finally I had the amazing (aka not so amazing) idea to look on youtube (no offence but I preferred your larger hand writing) I purchased the Staedler Triplus Fineliner (thats the pen I LOVED your handwriting in) and I practiced, I wrote out the months, days, alphabet, numbers until I filled two whole pages of my notebook and now my handwriting is big, neat and easy to read, thanks soooo much!!!
My handwriting is so FAT 😂 Srsly it is FAT and currently my letter A looks like this: a And P.S i write so slow reeeally slow 😂😂. Sometimes my handwriting floats and sometimes i drop it on the line. Currently in 7th grade right now (1st year) 😂😂 Goodluck to me 😪😪 Its going te be hard later and I'm gonna be struggling to write faster so i bettee prepare 😂😂😪😂
No offense or anything but all these videos r completely useless It's just the fact that I am a lefty which makes everything harder because no youtuber who does handwriting videos is a lefty Besides growing up and learning a new sport was also equally hard I personally think that there must be some way to improve my handwriting WHICH. actually works The thing is my teachers call my handwriting messy? My friends say I could improve Anyway there is a huge problem cuz I don't know if I shud Tilt my page or write normal straight Or shud I write cursive or normal Ink pen,gel or ballpoint All this stuff is irritating and annoying
I've changed my handwriting a few times in my life and currently my handwriting is a messy weird mix of print and cursive. I love cursive! It's so much quicker than print even though it can be illegible sometimes... but oh well. I'm okay with it. I don't need to have picture perfect beautiful handwriting! And everything is done on computers anyway... which I find sad because cursive is my favourite way of writing! Thanks for the pen recommendations! I love pens so much~
My handwriting looks exactly like yours lol. I always write on top of my old papers and I use a normal BIC mechanical 0.5 lead pencil, although I don't use the lead that comes with it. I use paper mate, as I find that it glides smoother so that I can do cursive sometimes when taking notes. I also take notes using BIC pens, because I find that their ball pens glide smoothly, but I'm left handed so it does smudge often. (Which is why I learned to lift my hand than drag it) I need to start investing in new pens. Maybe I should start at Muji lol
can I just say each person has a different handwriting so please don't change your hand writing you're all unique and the messiness of it is beautiful and your handwriting is a part of yoy
It's funny because the same handwriting you used to have (which I'm guessing was at 0:05) is the same handwriting I have now so this video helps even more
My writing always changes on my mood, where i am and what pen and paper I use. like it'll go from small and joined to massive and unjoined in like 10 mins
I only use the pens that have the rubbery thick thing around it at the bottom..it helps me hold it properly and it helps my grip strength so I ONLY use those ones 😊
I know how to change my handwriting. that I've been learning since elementary school. And that's why even till today in college, my handwriting is never the same. It all depends on my mood and also the type of pencil or pen that I'm using that determines the handwriting for that period. It's a blessing and a curse because I always change my signature
my handwriting looks like yours but I change my handwriting without even trying and didn't noticed it until I took out my old note book I used few months ago 😂
Currently my handwriting is a "I don't care about this" handwriting. Ever since I entered homeschool my hand writing changed drastically. I use to have nice handwriting and now it's all sloppy. This video helped a lot an now I can improve on my handwriting!
My handwriting was very sloppy this time last year but it got neater over the summer with practice. I changed it once more in the second semester of this year and am very pleased with the outcome of mine:) I wish I had watched this video sooner, though, before I changed my handwriting again☺️
haha!! My handwriting also used to be big and sloppy. It was only when I saw this other person's small and pretty writing did I try to mimic it--and I succeeded!
That's funny! I use a dark-blue Pilot G-2 07 pen for writing everything I do, including doodling! I found that you can get huge packs of it at Sam's Club for an agreeable price. You can also get it at staples and walmart! So it's pretty easy to find, availability is key to me.
During my whole life in school, I was friends with classmates and all I had to do was be around that person and look at their handwriting and I automatically mimicked their handwriting. I always thought it was another talent l had. I write ALOT of was ways now because of allllll the classmates I've had in the past 12 years lmao, so right now I'm my handwriting looks like my best friend named Lisa, back in 9th grade. I always switch between, depending on how I feel. :)
CLARIFICATION OF THE MISSING E: guys, it's there, the ink flow of the gel pen is too fast and often joins the lines together. Hence the 'E' may look like the letter 'G'. Plus my handwriting is small, so i can see why you guys may have mistaken.
THERE YOU GUYS CAN STOP POINTING IT OUT NOW LOL
ohnotes. the pilot pen works best for me as well i have a lot of those pens
I like my handwriting but it just looks so sloppy when it's all together
ohnotes. N

ohnotes. I used to write really really small and neat and I loved it but my teachers couldn't read it because of its size so my dad made me start writing more legibly. ohnotes. Medium size, tall and thin I'd say it's neat when I'm not rushing

I do that too

*Edit 4 years later*
So my handwriting has gotten a little better. It's actually legible now. For a while I practiced writing specific letters I'd usually struggle with, now I don't struggle with them as much.
GiveMeWafflesMOFO lefty gang 🤚
you sound like you have dyslexia, have you gotten tested?
The only kind of R I write is uppercase lol everything else is normal except I never wrote lowercase r
It's okay, you can do it!!! I'm a leftie who actually struggles with writing print. I use cursive all the time, it's possible!!!
I taught myself when I was about 12 years old and still make changes to it years later, so be patient with yourself! Just practice diligently and be patient 🥰
I'm a lefty, did u know it was national left handlers day on August 13th?
Can you make a video on your handwriting specifically? Also, on some of your doodles maybe like a series.
Keep Up the Good Work -xoxo

yehobieTM 키키 what I did was write down the alphabet, than pick out letters I'm not satisfied with. Look up neat writing and try to copy the letters. I have never been able to space correctly or sometimes I don't pay attention and the letters collide!!! This is very frustrating and nerve-racking to me because all the other girls in my class have really pretty handwriting I could honestly be mistaken as a boy in comparison 😥😥😥

Tae Hyungs elephant 2203 I couldnt focus on the video. the BGM keeps on distracting me. hahaha
Tae Hyungs elephant 2203 Your username gives me life😂😂
Before, my handwriting was terrible. But then now, it's different and it's much better to read than before. :)
No one is ever left handed in these videos 😞
I think if you don't use smug able it will work fine for u
I LOVE retractable pencils. And very fine point pens.
Can you do a what's in my pencil case video
idk why, but I love your old handwriting
My handwriting is good
But let's face it, who really cares???
very neat and straight like a ruler and pretty. yes i love my handwriting
why don't you write on the line???
In Middle School you don't do that. You write in between the lines
Ikr it pisses me off
ThatGayDudeNamed Fuckoff lmao your middle school sucks I’m in middle school and we write on the lines or in between. Our teachers don’t care
ThatGayDudeNamed Fuckoff I am in primary in yr 6 right now, We have to write on lines. The lines in our books are so small Lmao.
It's like your nervous when you speak or it's just that your sick, you do have an amazing voice :-)
No offense or anything but all these videos r completely useless
It's just the fact that I am a lefty which makes everything harder because no youtuber who does handwriting videos is a lefty
Besides growing up and learning a new sport was also equally hard
I personally think that there must be some way to improve my handwriting WHICH. actually works
The thing is my teachers call my handwriting messy?
My friends say I could improve
Anyway there is a huge problem cuz I don't know if I shud
Tilt my page or write normal straight
Or shud I write cursive or normal
Ink pen,gel or ballpoint
All this stuff is irritating and annoying
I recommend that you focus on *your spelling* at school, not your handwriting
Silver Mist I didn't ask you for your 'recommendations ' and there's nothing wrong with my spelling
@@sobia9963 *Everything* is wrong with your spelling.
eliza smh its text= it’s informal= it doesn’t matter
And I don’t gaf
I've changed my handwriting a few times in my life and currently my handwriting is a messy weird mix of print and cursive. I love cursive! It's so much quicker than print even though it can be illegible sometimes... but oh well. I'm okay with it. I don't need to have picture perfect beautiful handwriting! And everything is done on computers anyway... which I find sad because cursive is my favourite way of writing!
Thanks for the pen recommendations! I love pens so much~
same! my friends and teachers are always on my case about my writing, especially common words 😂😂
Imma try to have your old handwriting, it's so pretty
Your handwriting is very unique to you, as it is to everyone. To me, this seems very much like changing something major about yourself.
wow your writing is so beautiful!
I actually have really nice handwriting, but I love to watch these videos to calm me down and give me ideas.
can I just say each person has a different handwriting so please don't change your hand writing you're all unique and the messiness of it is beautiful and your handwriting is a part of yoy
It's funny because the same handwriting you used to have (which I'm guessing was at 0:05) is the same handwriting I have now so this video helps even more
why is ur handwriting perfect
My writing always changes on my mood, where i am and what pen and paper I use. like it'll go from small and joined to massive and unjoined in like 10 mins
Thank you so much! This helped a *ton* I am able to have neat handwriting and be fast at the same time! Good thing my summer break is almost over.
i seriously love this handwriting!!
Hey, this video was soo helpful i am actually in the process of changing my handwriting from messy and big to small and neat plus to write faster.
Thanks for the tip. I've been trying to get my hand writing small and it's working little by little.
OmG! You posted day after my BDay. And, you're old handwriting looks like mine.
I only use the pens that have the rubbery thick thing around it at the bottom..it helps me hold it properly and it helps my grip strength so I ONLY use those ones 😊
Great tip!
It was only when I saw this other person's small and pretty writing did I try to mimic it--and I succeeded!
girl u sound alright and nice tips luv ur vids
I’ve changed mine quite a bit, cheers for the video ⭐️
That's funny! I use a dark-blue Pilot G-2 07 pen for writing everything I do, including doodling! I found that you can get huge packs of it at Sam's Club for an agreeable price. You can also get it at staples and walmart! So it's pretty easy to find, availability is key to me.
BLESS YOUR HANDWRITING I'M-
My handwriting isn't BAD, I get complements on it. But I HATE IT! I absolutely LOVE your handwriting!
aw ur voice is so adorable 😭😭
During my whole life in school, I was friends with classmates and all I had to do was be around that person and look at their handwriting and I automatically mimicked their handwriting. I always thought it was another talent l had. I write ALOT of was ways now because of allllll the classmates I've had in the past 12 years lmao, so right now I'm my handwriting looks like my best friend named Lisa, back in 9th grade. I always switch between, depending on how I feel. :)
I recommend the Pilot Precise V5 RT pen! It is really smooth even with one sheet of paper.
