Swapping a Carburetor onto Project Whitesnake (And Sending FiTech to the Shadow Realm)

The fuel injection decided it didn’t want to play along, so being a glutton for simplicity I decided to opt out and go for a 650 Brawler. Let’s see where this goes.
I had the FiTech system for about 3,000 miles, it was alright I suppose. Initial startup and install was pretty straightforward. The quality of the electronics I believe was the issue. Every once and a while the vacuum reading would read falsely and cause it to run poorly. The FiTech 400 is a cool system but just not for me.
Let it be known that FiTech did respond to my emails and suggest I return it to them to be repaired (outside of warranty) but I was pressed for time and wanted to give a carb a shot. (If I didn’t finish the car I was gonna lose the shop I couldn’t wait for them to rebuild the unit.)
