It will crack you ground most of the weld off. The welds were burned in so hot you didn't need gloves. Fab work looks good.

Here’s some more information for anyone considering a Th200 to Th200-4R swap: They are the same length, you can reuse the same driveshaft. They mount differently, you’ll have to modify your existing crossmember to reach further back, or buy one like I did. The stock dipstick tube can be made to work, it’s a little awkward. The stock shifting linkage will work, you just have to make adjustments so you can use the full range. I can shift all the way from park to manual first gear. One of the most common upgrades we did to Jeeps - or any similar chassis - was to swap the front spring hangers, so the solid pivot was in the front and the shackle was in the rear.

Oh hell yeah... Ya gonna out an EFI on it or leave it carburetted? Ive done 3 300-6 builds with the Clifford 4 bbl intake...2 with a 390 cfm Holley and one with a rejetted 600 cfm Edelbrock...and headers with dual exhausts. It makes em run amazingly and all three got better mpg after the swap...unless some foo' had his heavy right boot on....😜 The ZF is gonna be slickness.
