If you get multiple offers, it's really up to you who you feel is the best choice for your story and career! You can always ask specific agents if they have time for a few follow-up questions to help make your decision. And once you choose, notify the other agents that you've accepted an offer elsewhere.

What does it mean when they write "she/her" ?
It means those are the speaker's pronouns and they should be used rather than any others
