      They are great! I don't see why someone would have any issues with that. We need male characters too!

    Great conversation. Question: What should an author do when there's been an offer of representation by more than one agent?

      From the first offer, you notify all agents with your work and give them 2 weeks to consider. If you get multiple offers, it's really up to you who you feel is the best choice for your story and career! You can always ask specific agents if they have time for a few follow-up questions to help make your decision. And once you choose, notify the other agents that you've accepted an offer elsewhere.

    What does it mean when they write "she/her" ?

      It means those are the speaker's pronouns and they should be used rather than any others
