Chishiya was a med student before the whole thing happened. He wants to follow his father’s footsteps and he aspires to be a surgeon. He didn’t care too much about human life so him wanting to be a surgeon was pretty ironic.
Because he's based of it. Like Arisu(Alice), Usagi(the climber) means Rabbit, hence the White Rabbit, and Kuina(Queen) could be the Red Queen because she have red hair and rose pattern on her bikini. But, maybe you already knew this.
