- I watched Alice in Borderland the other day and I liked it sooo much, highly recommend! :D My favorite was Chishiya so I decided to make a video about him, hope you'll like it. :)

He's devious and manipulative but his intellegent levels are over the roof.. Not only that he's physically and mentally prepared for any challenge, and he'll get it done no matter what, one way or another. This whole game is just a literal game to him, he doesn't see it as a struggle to survive.. The way he barely shows any emotion proves that he's one of the most baddass characters in the series.. Great work done from the writers and the producing team for creating a well-made live action series.
he’s so underrated when it comes to speaking about who’s played the games well. He’s just incredible to watch.
Yeah I would say he’s the most intelligent person we will ever see in this series and the manga

Kuina can be also related to Absolem despite her name, both of them smoke (at least Kuina is trying to quit), and also both go through transitions, as Kuina is MTF trans (male to female) and absolem transforms from caterpillar to butterfly!

The thing about him is he is VERY calm through any challenge given to him. Intelligence is crazy and his critical thinking skills are impossible to match. He has nerves of rock solid steel to not even be phased by the challenge in the 8th episode. He’s physically and mentally fit.
Heyyy that’s what draws me most to his character as well! Dove into the manga series because of the show, and there’s actually a reason behind his calmness/indifference. It’s a reaaaally good read!

I swear I am in love with this character (even if he ends up being bad in the second season, he'll still remain my fav)
I don't think he becomes bad he's just competitive with Arisu and does have a change of heart when he sees Arisu and Usagi's friendship.

This show is clearly based on survival, and he is a character who can make acquaintances, but puts himself first (which is important in the situation of this psuedo [?] world). So he might as well do ANYTHING to survive, which won't be wrong, coz survival comes first 🤷🏾♀️
@@ItsMeMangyCarl true I do know the upcoming games do get brutal so he does put himself first but if the live action follows the manga we would see more of chishiya's character than we did in season 1.

he isn’t really an antagonist or a protagonist. sure, he’s similar to Niragi and even compares himself to him at one point in the manga, but Niragi had also pointed out how he and Chishiya are similar to Arisu, who’s the very obvious protagonist. Chishiya is about as neutral it gets imo

I know for sure that Chisiya is supposed to sound close to “Chesire” as Arisu is supposed to sound close to “Alice”. And their character purposes seem to resemble their counterparts of the original tale. Chisiya does seem to guide Arisu in some way like the cat does to Alice, whether he’s protagonist/antagonist/neither. Anyway, I’ll join the simp train for this clever boi.
Arisu is literally the romanization of Alice.

He didn’t actually framed arisu, they stick with the plan but Arisu didn’t really gets what Chi mean, and Arisu ends up with the wrong safe. Thats why Chi said if Arisu is “smart or dumb?”

Chisiya and Kenma are like the same person but in different worlds.
If I ever got stuck in a world like that, I want someone that is clever and knows what they're doing. Chishiya knows what he is doing and what is crazy some people judge him in the show because of his quiet nature. don't judge a book by its cover.
