Good to see USVI, but also good to see you there and back on YT, Ray, thanks. Over 30 yrs ago, I worked for a man whose main interest outside work was sailing. He had a house and mid sized sailing vessel in St John, and was admitted in USVI Bar. He mostly sailed when he went there, did very little legal work there. He told me what he liked about St John, other than as a sailing destination. I could only imagine it as he talked. Now I can see why. Thanks!
I haven’t spent any time in the USVI, but have been to the BVI a number of times. Now when I think of paradise, that is the image that pops into my head. Imagine US side is very similar The color of the water is really something else. There is probably a better scuba playground out there somewhere, but I haven’t found it. Nice pad. I like the way you travel Edit: I take that back… was just reminded I spent a weekend in St John’s… apparently we partied properly… 🥂
looks like a lot of fun, probably wont do it many times, very expensive. I like Maui but its probably the last place I would bug out to. I'm glad you were able to go there and have fun, and for taking us along with the camera
That is nice but my favorite place in the world is the Cimarron River in New Mexico but, I love to Flyfish and harass the local wildlife with my longbow. Still I love the mountains even when I don't have my bow and rod.
@XRING Yeah X, on the Cimarron last September we caught a bunch of Stockers but, a few Germans that had been in river at least a couple of years. They can really stress a 3w. On average it was 13-14" bows. We had massive bear trouble there. I came about as close to shooting a bear in self-defense as ever. I found out a hard lesson about red dots on a pistol there. We were making coffee and breakfast pre-dawn. About a 300 pound boar decided he would have Texican for breakfast. He growled and huffed. He came in running like a quarter horse. I drew my pistol swiping on the weapon light. To my surprise the headlamp I was wearing made it where I couldn't see crap. I knocked my cap off and releveled on him. Between the pistol light shining on him and the headlamp he decided not to try it. Or maybe he sized me up and figured I would be tuff and stringy or maybe give him heartburn. Never the less it got Western for a minute. We had several more run ins with the same bruin. True story.
2.10 what kind of cigar? I generally smoke while internetting. My go to is generally the Hoyo de Monterrey Excalibur No. 1 Maduro, though I like exploring others.
I'm super jealous of that vacation! That boat had better put you on fish with a quickness, you have to book a lot of charters to make the payment on a $1mil fishing boat.🤑
If it’s just you and another couple and want to try something different you should try renting a catamaran from one of the charter companies, they’ll send a captain with you if you’re not up for operating it yourself.
Thanks for sharing some beautiful views of the world.... never get out to enjoy life on the other side....
Can't get any fresher than that tuna! What a lovely place to be.
Nice! Thanks for sharing!
Absolutely gorgeous! Thank you!
I knew in the first 3 seconds it was St. John. I've been their twice and can confirm it's wonderful!
Beautiful place to vacation. Nothing like eating fresh fish. Thanks for the footage. Looks like you all had a wonderful time.
Beautiful place.
Beautiful!! Thanks for bringing us along!

Beautiful place Ray! Enjoy and relax!
Mahi is a great combination fish. It is fun to chase, and a crowd pleaser on the table... win - win! Have a blast and stay alive!

Awesome video. Looks like a fantastic vacation.
Couldn’t agree with you more. I’ve stayed at The Westin which was nice. The Villa Delfina appears to be a great option. Thanks for sharing, Ray

Nice reminds me of where I live here on Maui in Hawaii.
My daughter said the same thing. 👍🏼
@@XRING hahah...Awesome channel Ray, Im a sub
Aloha
I've been wondering what happened to Mini X. Man she's growing up isn't she.
It's cool man, business mixed with pleasure it's all good.
Looks like a nice spot. I’m still lighting our wood stove up north here to heat the home 😂
Wave to Hawksnest Beach for us. That is where my wife and I were married. We REALLY need to get back.
First shot I guessed Virgin Gorda overlooking North Sound. (Ex Beef Island waiter.) Not to wild a miss.
Good to see you enjoying the good life!
Virgin Gorda is also a great place!
Have fun, stay safe.
I'd love to take my mother on a trip like that
do it
I should visit someday!
I’d like to roam around Normans key where ledhres volcano house was..
👍🏻👍🏻

I'm a mountain man myself.
I can agree with that. I did the North Platt and had an awesome time with the huge Rainbows.
Me too, but I like to mix it up since I live in the mountains.

Great. Now the secrets out lol
St Martin is my favorite place and not far from you.... Freaking amazing places.
Yes they are!
Wow, it looks like an awesome island for a holiday. Whats the best time of the year to go to St John’s?
whenever you can get there
Hate to see you ruffing it like that 😅..... Beautiful place!.... Enjoy
😊

Im guessing they don't have a Motel 6 down there ? 😟
nope
Niceee ❤
I am heading down there again in the end of May
how was your trip
@@MOAB-UTgreat as always. One of the best places you can go for a beach trip.
@@chrisdriner Very nice and agree. Been 6 times. Just got back.
If you don't mind me asking what is the avg cost of a week stay there. Logging and rental
Ooof, I would rather leave that to the imagination.
@@XRING thank you... I understand
rooms start around $200-$300 a night based on season. cars are about $125 a day. airfare is $500+ You can do the math.
That looked like MrGunsNgear at 2:10 😂
Getting the boats off the ferry? 😝 I think you meant jeeps.
LOL! That’s exactly what I meant to say……one too many painkillers at that point .
That boat will put you on some fish in a hurry!!!
86mph was the top speed. Crazy smooth and fast!

86mph for a boat, smoking!
Yeah, the Capt. said the boat cost 1.7 and the engines were 85k each. 🥹

👍🏼We actually discussed that this week. Maybe next time .
Great place to blow coconuts out of the tree at 500 yard's, if you have a special permit lol
Lol! I would love to try that !!
@@XRING I knew that Ray. Thanx for helping me down at Rex's. We all know you did the best with what you had to work with. Stay Frosty!
THAT AINT FISHING ! THAT OTHER GUY HOOKED IT FOR YOU SMH LOL
Yeah, that was just the first one. We did all the rest after that. It was a good haul for the day. 👍🏼
Dramamine take your Dramamine unless you’re going to chum
I had a patch behind my ear just in case!
