Positive yes. Vegetables{Greens} and herbs kill cancer if you keep fit. Awesome Oscar.
Sometimes, being mostly vegetarian didn’t help my wife in her struggle with bowel cancer. And seeing her fall into a deep depression because she thought she was not being positive enough as cancer consumed her was heartbreaking.

Hi Oscar. I am usually paddling my Nelo 550 (I got in Dubai nearly 5 years ago now!) here in Southern France. Where I paddle is in a small fjord that gets a lot of rebound off of the cliffs resulting in a lot of washing machine water. When that gets impossible in my 550 I resort back to my old 2006 V-10 Sport, and even then the washing machine can be intolerable. I am 71 years old now, and even though I paddle nearly every day (after walking about an hour up and over a mountain and down into the fjord, then back home again) my 550 seems to be tippier than a year ago. I am a little heavier at around 90-93 kilos now (88'ish kilos a year and a half ago before my chemo-therapy) and my 550 is a size 'Large', I think. the design limit for the 550 is supposedly 90 kilos. If I can lose 5 or 10 kilos will I get some stability back?
The new Nelo 550 is even more stable. That will help, but my father who is 85 says he is also loosing his balance so paddles with a 520 now.

Oscar, I’m curious which surf ski specifically you have found yourself paddling these days? Keep up the good fight.
I tend to use a more stable surfski like Nelo 550 or the new Nelo Vanquish. I rather go slightly stable and loose a little speed
Lovely, we (my wife and I) struggled to decide on our new surf ski’s. After a bad start with another manufacturers boats purchased a year ago, we finally settled on a pair of Nelo 540’s WWR construction with the help of Tessa @ NeloCanada. They are on order and should be currently on your build sheet, since I just verified the details sent out by the factory. Having the flexibility to specifically purchase based on stability, fit and weight capacity is a winning combination, not to mention getting a boat built in Portugal. We’re very excited for the spring 2023 season. Knowing far too much about Multiple Myeloma, it’s terrific to see your strength and courage and we wish you the very best.
