My husband and I watched your video and he has been everywhere you have been except North Carolina. His MOS in the Army when he was at Ft. Meade was 46 Zulu. He has 4 MOS'S. He primarily worked in Public Affairs. He was the 356th BPAD at Meade.

Yes, the ghetto, I was a service member and I had a lot of army wives trying to take my husband, flirting etc, sometime we could be just like the hood. You know everybody’s business. I hate it when I had to go to the PX in my uniform and have to salute when you’re off work you get sick of that. I also got sick of having to go to sick call when I didn’t feel good, bc you can’t call out. I just went on into work because I worked at the troop clinic anyway. You literally have to be a half dead to get out of work anyway. The NCO club was ghetto the rec center was ghetto, lots of hookers. Not going to say on here what they used to call them. Lol. It was fun though. I miss it sometimes.
I tell you a story about this lady that lives behind me, her husband was in the military, he didn’t want her going to the NCO club, so every night after dinner she would put something in his drink. And wait for him to pass out so she could go to the club, like I said the ghetto. It’s amazing how living in post housing is just like living in civilian life. Lol anyway thanks for your service.
And believe it or not everything I’m talking about happened 30 years ago, lol
Listening to you talking about germany I was living in Augsburg and I stayed in the Holiday Inn because they rented out rooms permanently for service members, that was nice living in there all the hotel conveniences, pool hot tub, sauna, store. Restaurant/bar on the top floor. The deutch mark was 3 to 1$ so i paid 300$ a month. I was not gonna live on post in Germany. I had some good times there also. Creepy at first, ppl rubbing my skin to see if my color came off 😒, ppl throwing my change @ me, they hated the soldiers. lol. Its claustrophobic @ first. I got over it and went traveling. Super fun. Paris, switzerland, greece, italy, day trips. Good times 👊🏽🥹

It depends on what your MOS is, basically your job title what you decide to pick to do as your job. When you go in recruiting they’re going to try to get you to go to jump school if you don’t wanna do that then speak up. There are many other jobs available. Try to score a good on that entry test. Going in during peacetime although you don’t get as many benefits is a great time to go in. That’s when I went in. That’s about the last thing you get to pick, it is what your job is going to be. Everything else they tell you what to do and you do it. You have to be able to deal with discipline. Meaning you can’t just do whatever you want. It’s all about discipline. follow orders, give it everything you got, no slacking and you’ll have a great trip.

Nice! I want to get a Sony 6500! Where do you think is the best place for a 25V if you’re good at both photo/Video? Where can you make the most $$$ overseas? My wife and I are both joining the Army, if we both lived on post, will the Army take both our BAH or just one?
Leon E. Orange Jr. Yes overseas you make more because of COLA, but you won’t have a choice for your very first assignment. There’s not many place where you do both. You will both get BAH. There trying to change that tho but they haven’t yet.

Couple weeks to a month depending on how big the wait list is
Well they changed, it because it used to be a six month wait but I think it might have to do with your rank and availability.

They are they just have to be registered as dependents is what I've been told by an recruiter
