Garp gonna show why he was the Rival of Roger next week. He will bring a big "impact" to many.
My opinion about SWORD is that they think that a lot of corruption is going on inside the Marine, but they believe that a Marine duty is to fight for justice and against crime and so on, they use the Marine banner because they see that banner, as a banner of justice so they act on their own sense of Justice and use resources that they woudnt have if they were not affilated to the Marines, like ships and weapons. So they are what they think Marine should be, fight more for Justice and less dark and political stuff happening in the back.

They made everyone look so good in this ep. Fromt the beginning with Perona to the Blackbeard, Kuzan and Koby stuff and how could we forget about Kujaku. The next ep preview is insane they will make Garp look so great. I was saying egghead is like one piece on a lot of drugs cause its crazy this arc. The name introductions are always fire. Sword is soooo cool all of them and I cant waitfor the next ep. Cant wait for some Garp greatness I guarentee I will cry. W reaction much love as always 💜💜💜💜💜V1

I wouldn't say SWORD is like Pirates tho they certainly have the same freedoms.
I'd say they're basically the ones that got one foot in the door. The higher ups are just waiting for any reason to fire them.
The Garp we are getting next week, it's the same treatment as the last one with Law vs Blackbeard episode

Loved this episode, but idk a couple nitpicks on things that felt flat: I expected to see more movement from the skull’s mouth and hoped to see the cartooniness of that. And the black and white of the manga made the black beard pirates look so much more sinister than the saturated colors the anime uses and thought some darker toning would have went a little further.
Still I love this part of egghead so much and it’s great to finally see it!
Drake seems to be the leader so far of Sword so Kuzan being a member wouldn't be that shocking when Drake was aparr of Kaido's crew for seemingly longer than Kuzan's been apart of BB's.

horribly paced episode. 8 manga pages extended to a full episode. most anime episodes cover 40-60 pages (or2-4 chapters) per episode. you could really feel them dragging this out.
the extended crowd shots. koby running in a straight line for a total of three full minutes across the episode. long pauses between every line of dialogue (sometimes halfway between lines to add fake drama).
i’m sure they did it to make sure they adapt all of galaxy impact (the rest of this chapter) and the whole of the next chapter (Garp vs Aokiji) in one full episode with fantastic production value rather than splitting that work into two high profile episode; but it makes episode 1113 suck. even more than the average one piece episode (which all still have horrible pacing).
can’t wait for the remake.
