my 2.5 years old iX3 is very unfortunate unit and broken down 3 times with electronic issues, drivetrain faults all times. The car always down at Dealer's workshops most of the time. 2nd downtime took 1.5 months in workshop. So unfortunate that BMW still can't fix the issues properly and didn't explain well. So upset!!
The charging times mentioned in the video aren’t correct. The car has a peak of 150 kW. It can charge the car from 10 to 80% in 35 minutes (under optimal condition), but definitely not in 18 minutes. 😉
Heavy rain? No problem. EV batteries are sealed and will in theory outperform their ICE counterparts during floods. Grip wise, just ease on the throttle to not get all the torque on too quickly. Off road…. Light off-roading is fine, no hardcore overlanding haha
Mine will give me average 3.4miles per KW mixed motorway at reasonable speeds not hypermiling or being careful. Summers here so that will rise a touch. 3.4x74=251 miles total battery use
@@KyleLiongCars Nice! Thanks for the clarification, Kyle! Read on another outlet that all iX3s for the global market were sourced from Shenyang. Good to know our models are coming from GER :) Nothing wrong naman din if they come from CHN, of course :)
Bigger battery than the EQB?

Oh no that's unfortunate :(
Awesome review. Barring the price difference, BMW iX3 or Lexus RZ350e?
Haven’t tried the RZ yet

The IX3 M-sport pro is a much better upgrade..I love mine…
What features are worth the higher price than the non pro version?
How have you general experience been?
Hi can you review the new BMW 5 series and i5 G60
Still waiting for demo units
All terrain test?, Under heavy rain test?
Didn't have a chance of trying it under those conditions
@@KyleLiongCars do you think it will respond under such conditions?

I passed so many stuck petrol cars in the floods in my IX3 and yes it's like any vehicle in heavy rain.
Yeah I prefer physical buttons too way easier🎹🎶

Some trips will get 4.2miles per kw if I'm reasonably frugal but I've never tried to max the figure.
How long have you driving your ix3 ? General experience ? Thanks
Gorgeous car...reasonable amount because of its badge😊
Agree
All BMW iX3 units made in Shenyang, China, right? Should be a pretty awesome car! Now for the money to afford it haha :)
Nope. This is still made in Germany. W VIN
