what is with everyone always saying to limit MEAT intake - this again is ridiculous - Red Meat provides tons of nutrients and specifically grass fed meat has a fantastic omega 3 to 6 ratio. STOP saying to eat SMALL amounts of Meat unless your overall diet sucks like most people MEAT is very healthy and does not contribute to an early death if your overall diet consists of mainly natural food sources
I agree! Cut the process fast food and junk food. Eat meat , rice, and Whole Foods non processed food . I’m not saying don’t enjoy food but limit the junk food.

I wish studies would include exercise versus sleep patterns. These studies never include those who work second or third shift. The sleep pattern is different
Yes, less sleep can cause migraine. That is very true. Secondly, I agree with evening exercises. Brilliant. It has worked for me. 💯.
