    50 yold male here and she's soo right about 44! For me was def. early/mid 40s. Dunno if it was 'exactly 44' but very close to it. Going out drinking, recovering, mental/spiritual state, energy level etc...*something def. changed/reconfigured. Pre early 40s could go out until whatever time after drinking x-amount of drinks & basically be FINE by a certain time after a rocky start. Now, start off okay but literally deflate by the end of the next day and head/body feel like abrasive Comet brand cleaner rubbing on a counter! Diet wise=YES to Mediterranean (or Keto) ANYthing that doesn't spike insulin/glucose, low glycemic, high fiber, (good) fat, and *protein. Up until around 40 was always ~170 lbs. 40-48 yold spiked up to 188-190 & could NOT figure out WHY. Wasn't inactivity but mostly DIET. Now back down to 169 lb! Again, 50 yold.

      @@salyol7 my grandmother is 95 and my parents just moved her in with them. They have a huge house and it works out great. I think the reason she’s even still alive is because she has moved in with my parents. I will never have that luxury because I don’t have kids to take care of me when I get old so I hope I don’t last that long. I definitely don’t wanna go to. State run Nursing home.

    "Consider weight-bearing exercise". "Consider" isn't the right word. An "Absolute must" is more appropriate. There is no reason why anyone isn't doing at least some type of resistance training or exercise.

    Correct about 44. On my 44🎂 threw a football to a group of kids in the neighborhood and tore my rotator cuff 🤣

      I was fine until 48 1/2. I suddenly aged 10 yrs when I hit 48.5. My energy levels plummeted, hair changed, my teeth and my bones.. I feel awful most days. Don’t know if it’s perimenopause or long Covid.

      @@irmaiz133 well I didn’t have my windows closed during Covid. That’s when I definitely want it fresh air the most! But now my windows are stuck closed because they are broken and my landlord sealed them shut and I have toxic black mold growing in my apartment and I can never tell whether my symptoms are from Covid or toxic black mold poisoning. 🤒

    • @irmaiz133
      @irmaiz133 4 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Please have your landlord fix it. Otherwise, you will have a lot more health issues which may or may not be permanent (i mean fasting does regenerate cells but that’s a last resort and not easy really). Don’t sleep on it (pun intended). I dunno you but I do care and speaking from my own oblivious-self when it happened to me. Black mold poisoning should not be taken so lightly. Read up on symptoms and take it from there.

    • @HH-gv8mx
      @HH-gv8mx 4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@irmaiz133 thank you for caring. But you were the only person who cares. This is black, toxic mold, and I went to nursing school and I studied this. I know how dangerous it is. And the town of Lake Park came in over a year and a half ago and told my landlord to fix it which he has not. they just covered it up with plywood and the mold spread everywhere. leaks upstairs and I continue to get more and more sick mold remediation is very expensive. And the more I complain about it the more likely I will get evicted. Everyone in my apartment complex and the apartment complex behind us had to move and the cost of our rent has tripled since the pandemic. I don’t have money to move. And complain to the landlord it’s just giving him more reason to get rid of me.. I don’t feel like there’s anyway out
