    The period can be delayed longer than 6 months actually. Mine did not return until the 8th month, and I’ve assisted clients which did not have a return of menses for over a year.

      Mine was 2 years and I was breastfeeding

    Great video. Simple and to the point but very educational, with lots of great information. Although not the norm, my cycles didn't return until 14 months, 14 months, and 18 months after each of my children. I found it interesting that you coincided sleeping through the night with the return of ovulation. I hadn't put the nighttime nursing together with ovulation, but it does seem that they started to sleep through the night about a month or so before my cycles returned.
