Your videos just keep getting better and better. You do a phenomenal job of clearly explaining important concepts, playing examples slowly and up to speed, and putting everything into context so viewers can apply it. My small monthly Patreon contribution is money so well spent. I wish every expenditure was as gratifying.
I appreciate your very thoughtful and kind comments (and details especially!) a whole lot Andy, that means a lot to me. Thank you very much for supporting the NMM Patreon! I love being able to put teaching stuff out like this and feel the support coming back - it’s the best!
Thank you! I’ve learned dozens of licks, but I’m often left wondering what to do with them! At 6:30, you provide exactly what is usually missing from instruction books and videos. This opens up new realms!
Another great one Chris, thanks a lot! Guess this daddy gonna practice a lot this weekend, sorry to the miss and kiddos 🤗(Luckily daughter plays some guitar) already curious for the next one, greetings from Belgium!
I use my middle finger to play the flat 5 and 4 when sliding down - you lose some of the slidiness but it’s easier to play this way imho if your struggling
Just ran across your channel. I'm so glad I did and Ive only watched two videos. You're awesome. Also your mandolin is gorgeous. I'm watching your video on my TV. I recognize the headstock but am unaware who makes them. Who crafted your mandolin? Thanks!
@@ChrisHenryVideos I'm going to spend hours watching your instructional videos Saturday! Thanks for the content. Very excited to see what you have next!
