Manny Irizarry generally yes, I’ve never had an issue with soldering ports on the air and air 2 with it connected. The Pro series I’d definitely recommend disconnecting it. In hindsight I probably should have disconnected it though.

should i replace battery with charger port (charger port broke detects usb but doesnt so charging) ? So has a fresh battery. ipad air 2 is like 5 yrs old.
