Well this game kinda makes it more easy then real life. Abusing the nudges with the controller wich allows softer nudges. And ofcoarse a lot of practice including real life for 30+ years including local head to head
If you play with a controller you can control the power of the nudges. 2 hard nudges in 5 seconds gives a warning. There should be a meter hiding somewhere in the menu's to monitor it
