NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Pearl Harbor's Ocean Terminals team works alongside U.S. Marine Corps, U.S Army, and civilian mission partners to load and secure nearly 400 pieces of equipment and containers that will soon be used in Exercise Balikatan 2024.

It is better that some islands in the philippines particularly in the west phil. sea should be colonized by the US or Japan and transform the region into as if a well developed tiny state like Singapore,Hawaii or Guam..It will surely provide more jobs to the jobless Filipino people..They need not have to work on abroad as OFW.. We have no capability to develop the west philippine sea because we a poor country... particulary Spratly islands,Scarborough shoal...Ayungin shoal and others which is abundant of potential oil and other natural resources .This will sure make the Philippine rich working with the Americans and Japanese government ..Trilateral Agreement ❤ between US,Japan,and the Philippines to develop oil in the region ...

It's naval and air assets and logistical support (and possibly a bunch of short / medium range missiles).
Literally, the opposite of Afghanistan. I'll spell it out for you. Afghanistan is land locked. The Philippines is an island chain surrounded by water.
