Woowww!!! Just FABULOUS!! BRAVO BRAVO Phil!! Isn't the world just a marvellous place and trail running one of the absolute best ways to see and enjoy it!! Gosh and you got some glorious weather too!! 🥰🥰
Such a great video mate. You're really in the flow at the moment. The final minute was perfect. I hope your wife managed to get the hang of your Ferrari in the end 😁👍🏻
Hi Mark. Thanks for the very kind words on the video. I put a lot of time into making it and that summary at the end just felt right. It’s also great looking back one final time at my highlights of the path. Yeah the wife was fine driving the car 🚘😁🙏
Ah, that was a great watch Phil. Well done mate!! You've ran bits that I haven't!!! Hahahaha 👏👏👏 Btw.. The big stone blocks are from WW2. They are all the way up and down the Northumberland coast and were to stop German tanks getting off the beaches if they ever invaded.
Aaaah right that makes so much more sense!!! thanks for clearing that up. It had been a long day up to that point so I probably wasnt concentrating very well. It was such a great route mate. Really enjoyed the whole experience :)
Well done Phil. I enjoyed coming along with you. Those bugs were really determined to take a piece of you. I think horseflies are my least favourite insect. Those holy sites are special. I bet playing that handpan is one of the most relaxing things you can do. Sounds beautiful.
Ah thank you so much! Yes the Handpan has been really lovely instrument to start learning. Hey I was in Essex today. I was at the Ford Dunton Technical centre just outside of Basildon and I kid you not, I did think of you! It would be a lovely thing to go for a run with you in your local manor one day mate :)
Thanks for thinking of me mate. Forunately, my part of Essex is about as far north as you can get fron Dunton. Close to Colchester. A run together sounds a great idea, but I fear that you would find my pace so slow that you might actually fall asleep. I tend to stick fairly close to home. My wife is not very well and I don't like to leave her for too long. Take care mate.@@trailrunningphil
Yeah I really would recommend it Mark. I mean, I know I was super lucky with the weather but varying terrain and running to the sea is a great feeling. Thanks for watching and commenting 🙂
@@trailrunningphil I know what you mean about the mid-life crisis stuff. I'm 55 and been through it all. Long-distance walking/running is definitely a cure!
Some stunning scenes once again Phil! Lovely stuff what a great holiday! Loved the hand pan too mate. You are getting pretty handy at that bud! Keep up the great work mate! 😎🤘
Cheers Ben. It means a great deal you always taking a look at my videos. I just mentioned to the wife earlier, the handpan short video I uploaded took 40 seconds to produce and has got 5 times the views that this video has, and that took over a week to produce!!! Just the way the internet is these days eh!!

What a journey so far, Phil. Got to the sea now! Weldone. Salt tablets is a good idea.
P.S. that music is my favourite instrument now.
Thanks Olga 🙏 😊 I’m seriously considering starting another YT channel up called “Hand Pan Phil” !!
Fantastic Video Phil - I really like the montage at the end too!

What a beautiful trail. I must put it in my bucket list of things to do. Thanks for sharing!
