Thanks for the comparison tol. 👍🏽 ....im new to fpv. Still on liftoff simulator. Currently have the boxer, ev800d and 2 analog quads arriving soon (mobula8 and meteor65). Would you still recommend the dji goggles V2 over the goggles 2 and goggles 3? My current plan is to just buy the goggles 2 and hdzero goggles in the future.
imo, i would go for goggles 2 if you will not use the avata 2. I still prefer the design of Goggles 2. The goggles 3 is acting as a bridge this time for the controllers so some of the radio of the motion controller 3 and RC3 is already baked inside the goggles 3 which is not useful if you will run vista and O3 Air unit. We will never know if this will be utilized by the O4 Air once it is out. Goggles 2 and HDZero goggles is a good investment as HDZero is more flexible as you can put a VRX on it and use other system such as Walksnail or other future HD system while Goggles 2 will be useful from Vista, O3 Air and possibly O4 Air (minus the range).
@@vernelv salamat bro. I guess ill stick with my original plan and not get the DJI goggles V2. Googles 2 for all the dji stuff and hdzero for the analogs and other hd quads
@@vernelv ey bro last question. How is the screen quality of the goggles 2.vs the 3....heard mixed reviews that its blurry in the corners.
@@simpl3lang the FOV is wider in the 3 so you can see a lot more. I notice also that the menu in the 3 is much smaller perhaps the resolution is bumped up a bit or its just a placebo to make the 3 better

max compy foam from phyrodrone that is what i use because the stock foam i could not breath through my nose and was very painful to wear to fly.

Just so you know, I bought my goggles separately specifically just for the air three and the future update for the 03 air unit
You mean O4 air unit?
No the 03 air unit that everyone uses in their quads should eventually be compatible with the goggles three
@@smokingtrez oh yeah that’s for sure. Am more afraid DJI will be a D and maybe make O4 only available for the G3s though I don’t see how that would come to be given the price difference between the G3 and G2 is only about 60$/€
@@MrCoffis I think they will make it compatible both ways. but there will be caveat so you will prefer the latest system

But, the DJI googles 3 will be compatible with DJI Avata 1?
nobody knows at the moment. but it should be.
