I had this CD back in the day. But, didn't really listen to it because so many other albums were coming out. I'm going to play this from top to bottom and listen to what I slept on.
Most underrated album of 1993! I think the group came out with a more grown up sound and the people slept on it. They were use to Perfect Gentlemen being a kiddie group with Tyrone's "Young Ralph Tresvant like junior high vocals"! Little Stephen had a voice beyond his years and people weren't expecting that from PG!
And that's a shame, cause usually it's the other way around(not letting child groups mature) and getting lost in the shuffle because of it. I'm grown and I still listen to this album as if it was new.
I will be listening to this second album soon!!! (I never heard it) …..I had the Rated PG cassette, Perfect Gentleman pin ups, and saw them live in Lake Placid,New York in 1990,as the opening act for the kick off of New Kids On The Block’s Magic Summer Tour!!!! Ahhh wonderful times!!!
