Tbh i tried that build for the last boss on ng+2 and still got wrecked. Tried bloodfiend arm and it was so easy lol
@@ActNasty5yeah that gravity bleed build looks cool but I did t find it to be all that great either. Charge up takes too long, armor makes you super super squishy, and bleed procs/talisman procs didn’t seem as strong as they should for multiple hits. Pass

Save yourself the time, the blood fiend’s arm is not a random drop! The only random drops are the spears, you can also get a special great spear in a different area.

Respectfully, the summon you get that can be upgraded is better than the sword of night. It’s cool, but there’s so many better options.
For the first build its not better to use the Greatsword ? Just curiosity
Why when I use the shabriri’s woe he’s still hard targeting me
No spoilers but the last build with the thorns I was able to beat the final boss in a few tries with just the mimic tear and I spamming it. FYI if you get tired of trying for days

I tried thors and eventho it slaps it is only good for bossing as it hits only one target
I tried this build with mimic tear and it was absolutely useless. It just keeps slow walking to the enemy and does nothing
@@Yevonblackwolf yeah the mimic tear fight logic sucks. It copies all of your equipment so when summoning all I had was the staff, flasks, and that one spell equiped. If you have Golden Order set or other spells/incantations it will spam that so give the bare minimum so the only option is to use the thorns
Imagine using mimic like a bot to beat a boss
Just to help someone out. The Bloodfiend’s Arm only drops the first time you kill a specific enemy on top of Prospect Town per playthrough. I farmed for 10 hours with max arcane and all of the silver discovery buffs with no luck. Don’t be like me and miss it the first time it drops.
Go to taylews forge ruins and then go outside. There’s a cave that has one on the ground but a bigger bloodfiend is guarding it
I messed up I switched out the ash of war I thought I could put endure back on with bleed but it just disappeared now I have a bloodfiends arm with a random ass ash of war
I’ve been farming for it for 3 hours 😭
@@Eric-hg1eh I think you just remove the ash of war off it and then it’ll go back to its regular. Or do you have an endure ash of war. Or the lost ashes so you can replicate it

for the 3rd build why not the staff of the guilty since it says it boosts thorn sorcerys
Tip for the Impenetrable Thorns spell, the aberant set also boosts thorn sorceries instead of wearing just plain armor.

Wouldn't the albinauric staff be better than the maternal staff? its not only easier to get than the maternal but it also has higher sorcery scaling. at +24 with 35 arcane, 60 faith and 48 int the maternal has a sorcery scaling of 240 meanwhile the albinauric has 295. also for an even better bleed build with the impenetrable thorns you should wear Alberich's set since it boosts thorn sorceries.
Dont have the white mask so im gonna use the alberich set and see how that works since it boosts thorn sorceries
You don't need white mask mate, it's only 10%, you just need lords of blood exaltation and shard of alexander if you're using melee.

I'm level 420 started the dlc on ng3 maybe I underestimate it but it's still amazing

Bleed magic spell is really insane an insta kill easy mode and even blood infused great katana on arc-dex build bleeds in 2-3 shots. to bad other katanas don't scale with arcane.

For the spinning gravity thrust Is the fire dmg added to the skill? If not, wouldn’t it be better just to use a stronger sword?
im using guts great sword its much better more dmg and same bleed

I’ve tried every single new bleed build TH-camrs have been throwing out there for the DLC but nothing a single bleed build come close to godskin peeler dual wielded I causally hit above 10k on with out trying and on messmer I hit 14k on good combos openings
Beloved stardust is only a little bit better then radagons icon from my own testing. I think radagons icon gives you the equivalent of 30 dex for casting while beloved stardust gives you an equivalent of 99(at least from what ive seen on reddit) but to my knowledge cast speed maxes at 50 dex, so the extra damage taken from beloved stardust isnt worth
It's 70 Dex that cast speed maxes out at, but your point is still correct.
Unless you have less than 20 Dex _and_ you're playing in the base game (where damage taken is less of an issue) Radagon's Icon is just better
@@00SmileTime00 what's the equivalent of dex for radahns icon specifically? And I definitely agree with you, less than 20 dex and base game is the only time I'd use beloved stardust, as a squishy caster main the damage isn't worth taking
@@hereticFox716 I assume you mean Radagon's icon (GRRM and his names lol) in which case it's 30 "Virtual Dex" for cast speed only.
Azur's staff gives you 40, Stardust is the full 70
Even at base Dex I'd rather cop the extra FP cost and use the Staff + Icon than Stardust.

@splinterstreetrat the more tree fragments found and the higher your damage number is the greater % based talismans and equipment will work, at +8 shadow tree fragments my +25 curved swords go from 887-979

Maternal Staff boost Finger sorcs. Guilty boosts Thorns sorcs

Well asmons shield build looked more cheesy for sure. You still have to dodge with bloodfiend at least lol

Most builds are cheese in general just a dealers choice type of cheese.
Souls is all about that cheddar in general.
Some just have their own favorite kind of cheddar.
Some just struggle for the challenge after the cheese got them constipated.
We all got our ups downs likes dis likes.

After level 80 you're pretty much wasting levels completely, so you should stop there!
@@fabiof.8152not really a complete loss. Instead of point for point after 80 it becomes point per 2. So instead of gaining the added 20 points spent, they are still gaining power wise a total power of 10 points. Still a net gain.
@@Eric-ge5vp At that point it's just a waste considering the cost of one level and the noticeable diminishing returns it gives you. You're much better off investing in other stats to improve your survivability/poise and to make a secondary weapon viable in case the enemies you're fighting are just not giving you the room to pull off the incantation consistantly, or are immune to bleed. But, hey, at the end of the day you can do your builds however you like!

The maternal staff I have says you only need 11 INT.
Albinauric staff is better
@@Dretfalas it's not, albinauric boosts the magic damage on each cast, but maternal boosts bleed buildup guaranteeing bleed proc every cast, which is more potent. Syrobe made a full video testing different gears for this build
That still doesn’t answer why he says you need 21 INT when you only need 11.

As someone who used the set along with the great katana for the rest of the dlc, it does make you take more damage, but greatly increases your damage. If you are good at dodging it's a great set. If not... well... wouldn't recommend lol.
