Matsuri is a masochist character, 2 of her skills proc on taking damage, and do a lot of aoe damage as a result. I recommend ignoring her main weapon, get jingusikan, get breastplate, bandaid, and doll, with combo of milk, pillow, or headphones (Supers ideal, i always take Halu so I can only ever get 5 of the 6). Now play similarly to Fubuki, corral large groups of enemies, and charge into them dealing massive GOD and seiso damage, and reflect damage from breastplate. quite a fun playstyle.
I think you underrated Kaela a lot, particularly her interaction with early Halu and No Pressure makes taking that very early on very strong, there's a very small number of characters I feel comfortable going Halu 5 before 5 minutes on Halloween Myth and Kaela is one of them. Another OMEGA overlooked aspect of Kaela is using her Special on cooldown and saving the rock or hitting it once in a while for wave clear and not breaking it. The rock doesn't despawn so if you get a bunch of Special Recharge you can have 3 or 4 rocks just waiting in the corners of the arena for wave clear or Boss nuking. The Rock breaks on the 5th hit so if you just save your Rocks and hit them once you have a free screen nuke 4 times before you get the super buff. Her mineral damage bonus also scales additively with Study Glasses which makes the extra enemies spawn from Halu really strong because you're leveling faster, generating more minerals and getting more XP and because Kaela has such good scaling on her kit a 15 minute Kaela can have the damage bonuses of another 30 minute character taking the base buffs Kaela also generates bonus Anvils passively which means she's leveling up her items and scaling insanely fast. She's not just the infinite scaling character, she's the fastest scaling character with one of the best early game passives (No Pressure) to carry her through what would ordinarily be an extremely rough early game compared to somebody like Roboco. She also gets a free 25% crit rate because you have absolutely no downside to spamming your Special on Cooldown so GWS Pill is also generating Value because you have 5 Specials up at any given time.

If anyone is struggling, I’d recommend only using 3 weapons not to include their main weapon (1 super collab, 1 regular collab, 1 random). Stats on level ups carried me for all characters. Fyi you would need to purchase the weapon ban upgrade in the store.
Solid af list, only changes i'd personally make is moving Suisei up to stronk because she can solo with just her weapon and high crit increase, and move Risu up to Oshi because of how stacked she is/insane money building ability. Thank you for understanding how busted Fauna is, though. Always my #1. Ollie, too. Ollie is my highest score with 48th on the board doing endless Stage 2 Hard. You wouldnt believe how hard it is to run from the Yagoo mob in that office lmaoo
I really think you're underselling Mori, yeah she struggles early game, but when you've got a few items to help with defense (Pillow, Nurse Horn, etc) it makes her a durable 'glass' cannon which can really do damage.
Literally just did an Anya run... spend lots of time sleeping. I saw those clips and you're running around... do that as LITTLE as possible. I sat here and dealt with 3 minutes of Yagoos by not moving for 95% of it
@@zientdeveero6908 yeah, she's actually really good, you just need to make sure you're getting good combos to synergize with her, which works best by creating constant AOE dmg with lots of hits and/or knockback, possibly even further debuffs on stickers, and a bunch of Haste so her ground blades are coming up like crazy. All enemies are slowed by 75%, meaning they absolutely CRAWL in most cases, which gives your AOEs, blades and basic weapon ample time to clear out a wide hollow circle to sleep in. You can often sleep in one place for a full minute or two, and some bosses can't hang... and if you need to wake up and move, Anya's debuff is no issue considering you can use her special to turn into an invincible dagger for 10 seconds and fly somewhere else, or fly around collecting all the experience and stuff that's built up just outside of your pickup range. That said, getting a Limiter, Knightly Milk or Super versions of either helps as well. Anya's automatic blades' range is based on her Pickup Range, so being able to hit 66-75% of the screen is something to consider. Did you do this list with everyone at full Gachikoi rank and G-Rank 20?
@@zientdeveero6908 I think as long as you have weapons that can hit the whole screen, the damage reduction should be slightly outweighed by the fact that you get so much more time to land hits. It's effectively a 75% hit rate increase and a 70% damage decrease. Imo its biggest problem is that if you can't hit fans where they spawn, you slow down your XP per minute considerably and then you fall behind. I'm not good enough at the game to say where she should be placed, but I love her concept.
You missed Azki's greatness:). I think she is the best (or at least one of the best) gold farmer in the game..I have seen her running 5m+ runs on this level on endless on youtube. I am an average player and I can make 2-3m runs with her (fully upgraded). She plays similar to Irys, you ban all the weapon slots (or you keep one for Wamy Water) and you build the rest as a halu + surviving/money build. As I said, she is similar to Irys, the difference is that Irys is much easier to keep alive. Azki is a lot more squishy, but can earn more.
Lol ran Roboco stage 3 hard yesterday and its just the start thats tricky and then it starts to ramp into a STEEEP uphill kekw ended up dealing 2k+ damage per hit at 120+ haste with 500 hp really all you need is main weapon get rid of everything else. my items were credit card, blacksmith goggles, pikipiki piman, glasses, halu and band aid. the gameplay is just max out main weapon as fast as possible and then focus on halu and glasses. stickers are knockback bonk, haste, and aqua main weapon damage scale. dont try to save anvils for weapon upgrades just max out every item (except piki that can be done slowly). once maxed THE FUN BEGINS!!! its quite difficult to survive with low speed so i got like 5 speed at the start to be safe and quite a few hp upgrades. then its just pure haste and attack 🔥
This is a great list for beginners, but from a more experienced perspective this list is really funny in some places. I can pretty easily agree with most of the stuff here though. Azki and Kaela I'd probably put higher up. Probably Anya too, if you decide to stop moving. I'd put Mumei more down. That's it?
Putting Ayame above Fubuki was the single most painful thing I saw in this video. Not trying to be mean or shittalk or anything, it is just funny because Fubuki is considered the most busted character in the game to the point where it's become a meme in the community. There is a popular copypasta about her being a worse Gura and that was the same kind of feel I got from your placement there. Obviously this tier list is from your own experience, abd your criteria is putting a strong bias towards characters with defensive kits so I expect a lot of things to be off from general community consensus, but this particular one stood out to me.

After unpausing I missed you moving her down behind Fubuki. Still very funny. Like I said I found the placement more funny than anything as a lot of people tend to underestimate Fubuki and given her similarities to Ayame her being just below her was very reminiscent of the gura meme. This tier list makes sense from the perspective of a casual player who doesn't always clear. I'm not throwing any shade there, that's the vast vast majority of players so honestly a tier list like this is probably good for a large majority of people, though some placements will definitely vary from player to player (most casual players I've seen tend to put Calli very high for example). I tend to think of the strength of the characters less in their reliance on certain items/builds, and more in terms of what they can accomplish. For example every character can clear S3H under normal circumstances with an entirely random build (picking the first option in every level up, though for many characters Injection Type Asacoco is a run ruiner). But some characters push very far into endless and get crazy leaderboard scores. Some characters are great in time mode, some are good in hardcore, some excel in challenges like no shop upgrades, skill damage only, MW only hardcore, etc. So usually the characters that are good in many of these different playstyles are the ones that stand out as top tier, which is where Fubuki ends up shining since she's good at literally everything.
I agree with most of this. However Gura is an AOE Build. Her shark teeth works best with items with max area. With each stack it destroys the defence of targets. Absolutely obliterating them. Bae and Risu are my main.
I even more surprised that you put Kaela on B Rank🗿 I was plalying her in Stage 3 Hard without weapons, and without realizing it, I finished it without taking any damage at all💀 I forgot what my items are, but I got the achievement because of her.
I think the main thing people are missing is that i wanted to gauge how consistently you can get the items you need for each run, which for “just get x item” characters its not very consistent Maybe i should make that more clear in the intro

I would put Gura in top 5 Oshi tier, Suisei and Fubuki in low Oshi tier. I always goes for the glass cannon playstyle : Jijitsukan + Plushie + Chicken feathers + 3 damage Items and full collab set for every game. With strong AOE and good damage output (150% damage + 50% crit) combined with her speed and invincibility chance, Gura is just as immortal as Fauna. For Suisei, her damage output is nearly 70% of Baelz with proper build and she isn't that weak without her best build. Fubuki just deserve better placement for her survivalbility, she could run around until 15 minute with no collab in Stage 4 + lv5 Halu. Subaru would be in strong tier cuz of survivalbility.
Anya is a good character, the trick is just let her sleep when needed. She can survive with her healing and spikes on her own, but if you get a healing item it gets even easier. Plus, Anya with Idol Costume is pure spin gameplay, ngl it's my main favorite character xdd
Wait you put calli on D Rank? I didn't expect that Calli is my 2nd main besides Kaela And as someone who didn't play with Other Weapons(just main weapon only), Calli is pretty op imo, Like I can do stage 3 hard without using any weapons and any struggles.

I wouldn't count Haachama out. Because of her kit containing healing and damage reduction by default you can take stuff like Injection Asacoco and face mask. Her poison also does not crit, so you can take gorrilla paw and do good damage. The unique nature of her kit means you can pretty much any of the negative effect items without really suffering the negative effects. She also has natural synergy with the Elite Cooking super Collab so you get super tanky and have amazing heal while still pushing out the damage. Piki piman cam then let you turn that health into even more damage to really turn her into a powerhouse. She's probably not the most broke character in the game, but I've found that once you get your head around her kit she's a complete monster.
Dude is struggling to clear stage 3 hard with mori when I can see someone clearing stage 4 hard with max Halu as mori so you may tier mori struggle bus core factor is your tier is skill issue

Roboco in struggle tier is crazy. You literally afk after 10min if build her right. Even trough bosses.

man, I basically use kaela when im having a hard time or stuck clearing the stage. Kaela is my secret weapon after kobo
