11:00 I'm almost completely certain the cooldown on Devil's Hat is _from when it activates_ not _from when it ends_ . The reason the cooldown exists is to stop you from using it on Haachama or the new Bae and stack it over and over.
One item you're MASSIVELY underrating is Membership. Its ONLY drawback is a measly 3 coins lost every second for a whopping 50% damage boost and 25% damage reduction. If you're playing the game completely normally the buff will never run out. Legitimately one of the best items in the game right now and definitely needs a nerf.
Just don't. Nerfs should be a LAST RESORT. At most 0.8 could bring an alternative to it. A Nerf is only reasonable if it truly is breaking the game, which for such a polished SP game, it isn't. There was one Super Collab you missed. I guess here is my personal take. Idol Live. It takes The Idol Concert Collab and the Idol Costume item. Idol Live reduces the cooldown on your special and also grants a 50% boost to all your stats for 10 seconds. (30 second cooldown) Personally I mainly use it on Characters that buff themselves with their special like Gura, Moona or my personal favorite Kaela. But it does make the panic button idea even more effective due to the major stat increase.
Membership is an amazing item, but consider that most people playing either probably don't have it or don't grind the game enough to know what everything does.
Membership is likely slept on by most people playing on TH-cam because most people playing on youtube haven't farmed enough coins to ignore the cost of Membership. I've seen people literally go finish a run, dump the money they get into the upgrades shop (in an inefficient way I might add)/ gacha and then start up another run. There are people that haven't and won't touch Holo House to make the coin grind easier. As someone who has put enough hours into the game to buy out the shop, have G rank 21 on every character and all their outfits, Membership is literally all upside to me. The cost is a drop in the bucket compared to what my workers in Holo House are bringing in and the only coin sink I have left are the "scam" upgrades in the Casino which I can just slowly accumulate the coins over time. But the most likely reason is that there are a lot of new players. I don't know what it is but the 0.7 update brought so many more new players into the game. Or at least TH-cam is making it seem that way as everyday, TH-cam seems to be recommending me a new Holocure vid/ stream that I haven't seen before.
Study Glasses + Researcher Coat + Limiter + Corp Pin + Halu is an amazing setup for Roboco because she gains the batteries from dropped enemies allowing her to stun and gain boosted stats from levels from basically anywhere on screen. The bigger AoE from Limiter + Corp Pin means it's easier to keep from being damaged for longer, which boosts the overall XP gain from the Researcher Coat. Study Glasses & Limiter both have a chance to drop as Super Items as well to boost that effectiveness even further. The other mention is the Candy Kingdom Sweets which is also really important for characters who have an ability to proc a status effect, because it has a chance to hit a second time. With the Focus Shades or a ton of status triggering Stamps, this means that you can more reliably proc the status on everything, but especially with Biboo's stamp with characters who have a big AoE on their base weapon.
You're severely overlooking how good Headphones are, especially on the newly added Marine. They're absolutely amazing if you want to be constantly near enemies but not dying
The value of Full Meal as an item (not necessarily a healing item) is also in that it only has one level. Get it, and it's removed from the pool. Easier to level up optimally, and more levels to spend on stats.
I would say you undervalue the Speed boost of Energy Drink. Speed is very helpful for avoiding enemy attacks, and the speed stamp is hardly a straightforward substitute since stamp slots are easily just as competitive as items. (Not to mention it's a straight up bad stamp for characters with a strong primary weapon that's a major part of their damage output even in the late game.) And it's certainly the best of the speed-boosting items, since Ninja Headband's offensive boost is way too narrow to be worthwhile in most builds, and Stolen Piggy Bank's huge PUR penalty seriously hurts your leveling without compensating for it in some way. By comparison, the HP decrease from Energy Drink isn't that bad as defensive tradeoffs go, and its Haste bonus, while far from the strongest offensive buff for your item slot, is still not bad at all. I wouldn't call it a must-pick, and I wouldn't take it if you're primarily just looking for offense, but it's easily best-in-slot if you're looking for more mobility.
