Fun fact: In the late 1950s, the Russians tried to build a jet with the same super-powerful sonic boom ability as Thundercracker. It was called the Myasichev M-25, AKA "Theme 25." The idea was to take advantage of a loophole in international weapons treaties that said that flying over an enemy nation and making sonic booms wasn't an act of war, so they designed this jet to have the maximum possible power coupled with the maximum possible drag. They theorised that its sonic boom would be enough to blow down buildings and make people's heads explode from the pressure wave. The project never got off the drawing board due to a lack of powerful enough engines and indifference from Soviet high command.

0:49 Regarding Thundercracker and Skywarp's combat abilities (as well as those of Seeker team leader Starscream), my idea is to have each of the 3 Seekers have different outlier abilities that tie into their combat roles. Given that I prefer the Seekers to be SERIOUS threats in combat (with Cybertron/Galaxy Force Starscream being my favorite Starscream rendition), and that I think to make combat more interesting it helps if their abilities complement each other in combat (the 3 are designed to function BEST as a team), what I have in mind regarding their combat specializations is as follows: 1. Starscream---Close quarters/hand-to-hand combat, midrange combat, air superiority 2. Thundercracker---Long range combat and fire support, mixed air superiority and air-to-ground, possibly reconnaissance 3. Skywarp---Stealth, reconnaissance, infiltration, assassination, suppression of air defense To keep some connection to their G1 selves and OTHER incarnations of the characters as well as tailor the abilities to their combat roles, here is what I have in mind for outlier abilities... 1. Starscream---Can generate afterimages in his wake in both modes (similar to the F91 Gundam F91) in order to confuse enemies, can overclock his engines and joints to allow increased speed and strength, which he can do in both modes (this is possible because of how he dissipates heat and creates afterimages, again similar to the F91 Gundam F91 as well as the ZGMF-X42S Destiny Gundam), can create wind slashes with his swords and use the wind to effectively make his blades sharper and able to cut more effectively (this appears briefly in Transformers Cybertron episode 23 (Trap))...later gains the ability to turn his afterimages into SOLID CLONES and even upscale them (similar to a Stand from JoJo's Bizarre Adventure or Susano'o from Naruto)... 2. Thundercracker---Can create controlled sonic booms audible for up to 200 miles of distance (can be amplified by Cyber Keys and/or Mini-Cons), and use other sonic attacks to disorient, demoralize, and confuse enemies within vicinity (and later with Cyber Key amps he can use these attacks to physically damage and even destroy enemies). This is especially powerful underwater (given that water cannot be compressed), and can even work in outer space due to Thundercracker using solar wind and/or energon to transmit the sound. Can also amplify the destructive power of his missiles using seismic energy (which basically turns his handheld grenade launcher and (later) Cyber Key-activated dual missile launchers into weapons with NUCLEAR BOMB LEVEL destructive power, especially when amped by a Cyber Key or Mini-Con)... 3. Skywarp---Can teleport his entire body or even parts of it near-instantly, as well teleport and swap places with other Decepticons and phase through solid objects, and has certain weapons (chiefly a pair of ZGMF-600 GuAIZ-style extensional arrestors mounted in his shoulder air intake pylons, as well as the heatseeking bolts from his handheld energon crossbow and later Cyber Key-activated heatseeking lancer dart launchers) that are able to phase through the armor on enemies as well as interfere with their ability to regenerate, effectively ignoring enemy durability altogether and allowing him to counter the normally hax durability and regeneration abilities of Autobot Matrix of Leadership users (the lancer darts could theoretically KILL Optimus Prime instantly)...
Also, my idea is that while in terms of the basic design the 3 Seekers are mostly the same, there should also be differences, chiefly in the shoulder-mounted air intakes (as a nod to the stickers on the G1 toys) as well as in the wrist-mounted weapons (the wrist gauntlets and null ray pods also contain energy shield emitters), handheld weapons, and (later) Cyber Key-activated weapons (all of them are later upgraded to heavily resemble Cybertron Starscream, and to a large extent the Maketoys Galaxy Meteor/Lightning/Skycrow version)...they are as follows: 1. Starscream: Shoulder pylons: 2 x 3-tube cluster missile launchers Handheld: 1 x fusion blaster, 2 x energon swords (can combine all handheld weapons together to create energon naginata) Wrist Gauntlets: 2 x small null beam cannons (1 per gauntlet), 2 x energon claw knives (1 per gauntlet) (Cyber Key-activated) Null ray pods: 2 x heavy energon swords (1 per pod) (Note: Starscream also later gains the ability to generate energon swords with his toes by slightly untransforming them back into vehicle mode and turning his feet pointy (and angling the points upward similarly to the toes of the GAT-X303 Aegis Gundam-this can be done on the toys of Cybertron Starscream, including on Maketoys Galaxy Meteor. Also, Starscream can partially transform into a GAT-X303 Aegis Gundam-esque “flying claw” form) 2. Thundercracker: Shoulder pylons: 2 x micromissile launchers Handheld: 1 x seismic grenade launcher with scope, 2 x energon swords Wrist Gauntlets: 4 x missile tubes (2 per gauntlet) (Cyber Key-activated) Null ray pods: 2 x energon heavy rocket launchers (1 per pod) 3. Skywarp: Shoulder pylons: 2 x extensional arrestor/cable claw launchers Handheld: 1 x energon crossbow, 2 x energon swords Wrist Gauntlets: 2 x limpet mine launchers (1 per gauntlet) (Cyber Key-activated) Null ray pods: 6 x energon heatseeking lancer darts (3 per pod)

on this line I would add G1 megatron and his Blackhole tunnelling. it's barelly used if at all, but is best seen in IDW and Transformers:devastation bossfight Reflector and his on-the fly self-replicating ability, a mix of separating between 3 bodies, creating solid holograms, and being actually 3 separated individual co-joined in a single body and spark the G1 sweeps, and their ability to create more clones of themselves (hereditary from the insecticons) the jumpstartes Topspin and twintwist and their counterpart the battledashers Runamuck and Runabout, capable of almost impossibly fast transformation Battleslah/Roadtrap and Skytread/Flywheel monodirectional robot combination, with the latter not even having separated robot forms, also Dreadwing and Blackwing having a combined vehicle mode from 2 jet into a spaceship Punch and Counterpunch, the only transformers with one vehicle and 2 robot modes (and some problems with personality splitting) Mindwipe and his direct mind controll abilities (amplied by being a pshycologist and abusing subconscious suggestion) RiD Megatron/Galvatron and the absurd amount of modes Rid Scourge and his extended ability of scanning and reaplicating, which allowed him to trick scanners that were designed to work with optimus prime and fully biological humans, at the same time Vector Prime and his abilities to interact with time and space, with teleport, time bubble, time travel and limited chronal inversion most of Animated due to their naming convention being connected to what special ability they have, but specifically animated Longarm/Shockwave and his 3-and-a-half modes he used to go undercover between autobot, animated Ironhide and his robot skin literally becoming damage resistant and shiny metal, and animated Blitzwing being in posses of thermal based weapon dependant on his state of mind, either Ice or Fire the shifters Makeshift and Pseudo from the alligned continuity and their absence of well-definite traits, giving them functionally infinite transformation based on other's appearances and as a toy gimmick, the Arms Micron as a whole and their vistually endles combined form

Also, my idea is that while in terms of the basic design the 3 Seekers are mostly the same, there should also be differences, chiefly in the shoulder-mounted air intakes (as a nod to the stickers on the G1 toys) as well as in the wrist-mounted weapons (the wrist gauntlets and null ray pods also contain energy shield emitters), handheld weapons, and (later) Cyber Key-activated weapons (all of them are later upgraded to heavily resemble Cybertron Starscream, and to a large extent the Maketoys Galaxy Meteor/Lightning/Skycrow version)...they are as follows:
1. Starscream:
Shoulder pylons: 2 x 3-tube cluster missile launchers
Handheld: 1 x fusion blaster, 2 x energon swords (can combine all handheld weapons together to create energon naginata)
Wrist Gauntlets: 2 x small null beam cannons (1 per gauntlet), 2 x energon claw knives (1 per gauntlet)
(Cyber Key-activated) Null ray pods: 2 x heavy energon swords (1 per pod)
(Note: Starscream also later gains the ability to generate energon swords with his toes by slightly untransforming them back into vehicle mode and turning his feet pointy (and angling the points upward similarly to the toes of the GAT-X303 Aegis Gundam-this can be done on the toys of Cybertron Starscream, including on Maketoys Galaxy Meteor. Also, Starscream can partially transform into a GAT-X303 Aegis Gundam-esque “flying claw” form)
2. Thundercracker:
Shoulder pylons: 2 x micromissile launchers
Handheld: 1 x seismic grenade launcher with scope, 2 x energon swords
Wrist Gauntlets: 4 x missile tubes (2 per gauntlet)
(Cyber Key-activated) Null ray pods: 2 x energon heavy rocket launchers (1 per pod)
3. Skywarp:
Shoulder pylons: 2 x extensional arrestor/cable claw launchers
Handheld: 1 x energon crossbow, 2 x energon swords
Wrist Gauntlets: 2 x limpet mine launchers (1 per gauntlet)
(Cyber Key-activated) Null ray pods: 6 x energon heatseeking lancer darts (3 per pod)
id love a video only about Tarn, he's so damn interesting I love him
As amazing as all this was, the main thing that caught my attention, surprisingly enough...was Soundwave without his helmet
You missed cliffjumper’s ability to die in the first 5 minutes
27:55 that sounds like link, from legend of zelda totk and botw, using bullet time
Sunder being an Autobot will never not unnerve me.
NovaStorm has only been a female in Earthspark
Great idea for a video! Keep em coming
5:49 that gag was hilarious 🤣
I had the perfect commercial cut at 17:29. “I’m just glad I didn’t hide it up my a-“
This is gonig to be sweet respect and keep up the epic work.
Plus what about a video on how many Alien Races The Transformers have Met-Fought or Allied with ?.
Vector Prime will always be my favorite "autobot"
Mr weirdo please make a dedicated video on tarn it would be quite helpful
“I’m just glad I didn’t hide it up my a-“ *ad plays* 😂😂😂
Everytime I see sunder I feel uncomfortable 😭
16:22 I never thought I’d see soundwave unmasked and didn’t think his head was a helmet. Kinda weird lmao
You and I .....we could be friends. Hell, we probably are, just not in this reality. See ya when I see ya. I already have my female soul mate. But in some creepy other version of existence you and I are probably inseparable. Thank you for this.
There is Satan and then there is Shockwave
Can you talk about the aerialbots more especially silverbolt?
on this line I would add
G1 megatron and his Blackhole tunnelling. it's barelly used if at all, but is best seen in IDW and Transformers:devastation bossfight
Reflector and his on-the fly self-replicating ability, a mix of separating between 3 bodies, creating solid holograms, and being actually 3 separated individual co-joined in a single body and spark
the G1 sweeps, and their ability to create more clones of themselves (hereditary from the insecticons)
the jumpstartes Topspin and twintwist and their counterpart the battledashers Runamuck and Runabout, capable of almost impossibly fast transformation
Battleslah/Roadtrap and Skytread/Flywheel monodirectional robot combination, with the latter not even having separated robot forms, also Dreadwing and Blackwing having a combined vehicle mode from 2 jet into a spaceship
Punch and Counterpunch, the only transformers with one vehicle and 2 robot modes (and some problems with personality splitting)
Mindwipe and his direct mind controll abilities (amplied by being a pshycologist and abusing subconscious suggestion)
RiD Megatron/Galvatron and the absurd amount of modes
Rid Scourge and his extended ability of scanning and reaplicating, which allowed him to trick scanners that were designed to work with optimus prime and fully biological humans, at the same time
Vector Prime and his abilities to interact with time and space, with teleport, time bubble, time travel and limited chronal inversion
most of Animated due to their naming convention being connected to what special ability they have, but specifically animated Longarm/Shockwave and his 3-and-a-half modes he used to go undercover between autobot, animated Ironhide and his robot skin literally becoming damage resistant and shiny metal, and animated Blitzwing being in posses of thermal based weapon dependant on his state of mind, either Ice or Fire
the shifters Makeshift and Pseudo from the alligned continuity and their absence of well-definite traits, giving them functionally infinite transformation based on other's appearances
and as a toy gimmick, the Arms Micron as a whole and their vistually endles combined form
Great video. So much madness in the TF lore.
I am surprised that there aren't more bots with magnetic powers . I mean. It is op but it makes so much sense.
Windcharger helped them in a hei-(insert Misson impossible theme here)
8:23 " execute order 66"
Bruh….hilarious vid AND super interesting 😂
Fun fact there was an actual Soviet aircraft that used sonic boom as it's weapon
If sunstorm is an evil clone of Starscream then how evil was he because Starscream is the devil
He was a fanatical religious nut kind of evil, or just straight up unhinged
9:40 Jesus that's stronger than Dio.
IDW Rodimus can burn out. Engulf his entire body in super heated flames that will turn others into burnt toast. Takes a lot of energy to do it, tho. You see it once in the comics.
8:22 A sTar wArS RefEReNce?!?
Execute order 66
Now that Bumblebee is kind of the second protagonist of the franchise next to Optimus, could you do a video on him and what he's done through the generations?
10:38 trail cutter really love his power
In the 07 film didn’t jazz take the guns away from the sector 7 people like a magnet by spinning his hand?
Would’ve been cool to see Sunder and Tarn meet. It’d be absolute chaos.
28:39 anyone else notice Screw Head from GoBots in the smelting pit? (hes near rhe top left btw)
10:10 Wow if I were a kid from the 80s I would've probably thought that Optimus died and that was Elita's reaction
30:45 blur jumpscare
Starscream: *has an invincible spark*
Optimus prime: “no”
Megatron gains the ability to control dead cybertronians in tfp
Megatron, Commander of the AUUUUGH
0:34 A Lightsaber 😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅
Why does thundercracker like humans? Is it a condescending reason or is it a wholesome one?
They should make a legacy Monstructor
IDW Rodimus can set himself on fire, but rarely did.
Outliers are basically X-Men in Transformers.
