Lucky you! I recently got a SL G700 SACD player which doubles as a network player. Very impressed. Enjoy your new equipment!

Very nice. Love the elegant and minimal front panel. I notice no tone controls whatsoever. Does it have some tone control features accessible from the remote?

Looks pretty cool. I wonder how it sounds compared to classic/vintage Technics amps. 👍

I have a Technics Audio Rack System I ordered from Technics in late 1999. Still have it to this day and use it as my home theater, sounds amazing! My amp is the SA-G77.. The volume knob's never been half way up ever in its life, just too damn loud! Hope this guy gets many many years of listening enjoyment out of this one as I have with my system, :)

@@JK-tq4qf Nice to hear that even 1990s Technics gear still works, because it was not the best era for Technics, when' its' gear quality went down significantly, just like most of other consumer brands. When I said "vintage" Technics, I meant 1970-80s gear.
If you use modern digital sources and recordings with your receiver, then "12 o'clock" position of the volume knob is actually ts' nominal (maximum noticebly undistorted) output power, because digital sources and most digital recordings have higher output voltage and volume respectively than analog sources (turntable, tape decks, etc.). So, the rest of gain, past "12 o'clock" position on your volume knob is reserved for analog sources which have much lower output voltage and high quality digital recordings which are much lower in volume than most digital recordings. Basically, the lower output voltage of a source device or the lower the volume of a recording means less distortion, but you'd need a powerful amp with good signal/noise characteristic to amplify it to a desired (presumably loud) volume level.

@@ivanterekhov5369 The one I've got is from the 90's yep! So far it's been great. What's weird about the home theater amp though is there is no subwoofer out yet it's an actual home theater amp. so I had to get resourceful and use the tape rec out for it. Just got a new Klipsch and it sounds awesome. The 70's and 80's Technics I will fully agree was definitely QUALITY for sure. They're still serviceable today and parts can be interchanged! With mine when and if it ever does die, I'll have to be creative with soldering or just simply replace it all together. But til that day comes, I'll be enjoying it! ;)

It looks pretty alright. But, at US$9.5K there is a lot of competition out there.
