- point is on the air intake, the older version was better because it intake is almost seamless with the petrol tank, this new version made it look weird like a baby bee
i agree
it looks like some suitcases that are plcaed in the rear
Good video specially sound of bike kills ❤
Beautiful
Headlight is ugly. the previous one look a lot better.
😍
Somehow it looks worse than my 2021. The air intakes look horrible, the tail got longer which I don't like, I love how short the tail is wih the tidy on the 2021. Snobs moaned so much about the rear light Honda caved in and redesigned the tail section.
ESAF frame🤣
THESE CHANGES ENDED THE MOTORCYCLE
I actually like this better than the previous models
I have The 2023 model... And i love it :) i dont like the new 2024 headlight, i dont like the new air intake, looks like 2 bags... I love the new display but they could do the frame smaller :) and i like a lot the new tail light, is more sexy than previous model 😁 e-cluch? I have quickshifter on mine but în total its a good bike.
Agreed, the 2023 model looks better in every way except the tail light. You can be happy that you got it before they messed up the styling!
beauty is in the eye of the beholder. but in my eyes they ruin the good looking cb650
What I loved the most about the CB650r is the round headlight, and I never liked the bigger brother CB1000r voz of that hideous teardrop-style headlight. And now that they've slapped that stupid HL from the 1000 to the 650? IDK.
Look how they massacred my BOY! 😭😭😭
The only good thing here is the new display. The rest is just ugly compared to the older version. E-clutch, headlight, rearlight, air-intakes... what a mess. What is going on here 😕
Looks like they just took '19 CB650R and made some of its components ugly... Not a single item looks better than it was.
Damn ..can’t comment on look unless I see it in real, but the tail light looks like R15 Yamaha.. it was suppose to be retro cafe racer, there should’ve kept this tail for CBR only, I still can accept the headlight but tail 😢
E-clutch rules! ❤
Wanted to get the cb650r for my next bike till I saw this headlight. I'm like ermmmm hold on..... (p.s: I did not take the cb1000r due to the ugly headlight) thank you honda for ruining another nice bike
I'm eyeing this bike right now, e-clutch model. Saw one the other day the factory exhaust sound is 👌🏾. I see nothing wrong with the air intake, definitely one of the best-looking naked on the market.
You wont regret it. The e-clutch is something people need to test to understand it. Its shortshifter up and down and no regular shortshifter comes close to the smoothness of revmatching in the honda version. Next bike will be 100% e-clutch or there wont be a next bike. Pressure for rest of the brands to make similar system will be massive.
Perfect. I hope honda brings it to the US market soon. I'll wait. Hopefully, by 2025 it will be here. People complaining with this new tech without trying it.
I've had my 2023 for a few months and the only thing I want from this massacreis the tail and eclutch. New dash doesn't look anywhere near as cool as the old one (even if it is better maybe) and the headlight and intakes are also a big L... I use a phone mount anyway so the gps stuff on the dash is pointless.
I had a CB750 Night Hawk. I loved that bike
When is Honda going to understand that we want PREMIUM parts and top notch electronics (especially on the CB1000R black edition) like Ohlins suspensions and brembo stylema breaks !!!!?
At least make'em optional like yamaha did with the SP version of the MT10 ! Instead they did the Hornet 1000cc only equipped with low end stuff... What a terrible mistake ! Because a liter bike is not destined to beginners and experienced bikers of my age are aiming from premium and not entry level bikes.
Eclutch is an ugly tumor on the side of a beautiful bike
Love this bike ❤️
Honda is hell bent on destroying their good designs
Thank you Honda for removing the ugly tail in both CB 650R and CBR 650R.
thank you for your video! 👍🏼Maybe my next cycle, i must choose between CB650R and a Aprilia RS 660. I know it's not the same driving but...
ciekawe ale lamapa z tyłu miała swój urok ..ta tutaj jakby skopiowana z MT07 , przód ze cb100R ....
Older version looks better.. new one doesn’t even have the slightly retro look compare to the old model..
I have planned to buy this bike, but now after seeing this new model.. No more buying i might buying ninja zx6r.
I have 2023. I only miss better display and quickshifter down.
New headlight and air intake does not look good for me.
Display connectivity would be good.
could have been a great bike with a proper pannier seat
Old model looks way better. I don't like the new headlights, they look really off. Also, the air intake looks weird. 2023 and before models look way more aesthetic.
Two words I never want to hear when describing a motorcycle: E Clutch. Fuck that shit
Why did they make the body design pointy, isn't it a retro modern theme? I prefer the previous type. This latest one is missing the retro. 😮💨
I think the position is too sporty , but e-clutch is great.
Will most likely stick to xsr700
Ainda mais linda. eu mereço uma. ❤
Is the same features gonna be available on the USA version?
the previous model looks better
Looks like shi, pre face lift was much better.
Flop tail light, it almost looks like the tail light of the Yamaha Sniper155 😂
My dream bigbike motor....sana pagpalain. #Mrbeast...nasan ka..hehehe
Seat height suppose to 780-800 was best.
#mrbeast. You know what I want..
Everything is horrible, I dont know why they always change what's already best!
ขาดครัชไฟฟ้า+น้ำมัน
Dont like the air intake...
Superbe 🤩
What is its milage?
I hope I am able to find the older one next year I don't want this crap. 😢😢
💕💕💕👍
Love it
The old bike was a thing of beauty. This new one is uglier in every way, especially that ridiculous eclutch slapped on the side of the engine. That new headlight looks weak. The old headlight looked staunch and bold. The only good thing they did was change the rear light to LED and even then they could have styled it better. This really makes me sad because I LOVE the previous CB650R. It was my dream bike but now I just think it looks a bit meh. For some reason Honda only sells the CB650R as a learner bike in New Zealand (where I live) which means it only has 50hp and it’s illegal to modify it. An absolute shame. Oh well, this new one has put me off anyway. I guess I’ll just get a Duke 790 since that was my other top pick.
Ya man the old one was so beautiful. This is not. Stupid market rules dictate that style has to changed after few years
@@MrDsheel Yeah it’s strange. I wonder if it was a different designer because the old design was just about perfect. I think all they should have done for this update is give it the electronics from the CB750. Ride by wire throttle, up and down quick shifter, proper traction control and smooth out the throttle response at low rpm. Other than that they should’ve left it the way it was. I still want this bike but if I did buy one I would probably try to get the 2023 model. I called the NZ transport agency and managed to get them to confirm that I can legally derestrict a restricted bike since I am on my full licence. I told them that the website is misleading because it looks like they are saying that it’s illegal to modify a learner bike and the lady agreed so hopefully they will make that more clear on the website. I also asked a Honda dealer and they confirmed that they can derestrict the bike for me but they didn’t say if it would cost me. It would be nice if Honda just offered to sell either a leaner restricted version or a full power version.
Maybe it was that ex bud light marketing genius!?
I saw both in person today , looks pretty dope ! New headlight looks way better in person than on these videos! Also the E clutch isnt really that bulky to be honest . Was expecting it to be way bigger
You had some kind of point but then you said you will get duke and all credibility was lost on looks wise. 😂
Make that e-clutch optional.
I do hope they do, if not it's no fun
It is.
It is
awesome superb
Cant wait for @englishbikerdan to get hold of one!
