I'm in Selkirk filming the Common Riding. And the first port of call before the main day is the ' Nicht afore the morn, or Night before tomorrow. Meaning the night before the main day of the Common Riding. 16th June 2023. The procession making their way to the Fletcher Monument is the Ex - Standard Bearers Association, taking part in the traditional laying the wreath ceremony at the Flooded Memorial.
