The one thing that really annoyed me about GM modes in the past is that you had to have people in a rivalry go against each other in some way every week and it got really really repetitive really quick. Hope thats not too bad this year.
I just finished my first season of GM Mode. I had NO idea who Alba Fyre was but she ended up beating Gigi at Wrestlemania for the title. Cody actually wasn't an option for me in the draft but I picked him up off Free Agents permanently after getting a discount on them. Was pretty nice honestly lol One thing I did notice (as I had 4 shows when I played) theres not enough classes for every show. Like, my brand had a few fighters, but very few brusiers in the womens division.
Sounds like a case where you'd maybe have to tweak some people's classes in a draft class. Interesting problem to run into though. Alternatively, you could just turn everyone into a specialist and make it so everyone can match up with anyone.
@@Mathwiz97X Honestly, I plan on making a CAW roster so some of those will help. If I want to do a pure WWE run I'll have to edit some classes. Like why the hell are Jimmy and Jey cruisers?
@@Mathwiz97X yeah, I think for next year's game adding the ppvs with specific match types is the next step. While also adding weeks per season. Still solid improvements made to this year's game
just found your vid. WWE 2K23 is the 1st wrestling game I've ever played and I'm obsessed with my gm. I use 4 shows to make it harder on myself. I like doing the management side of games. normally it's more hockey football and baseball.
This mode is absolutely brilliant and full of potential tbh. I barely touch anything else anymore which is mad being as its a wrestling game 🤣 Wish i had more time to play though 😅 They defo need to up the difficulty more though Currently over 2million fans infront of smackdown in my 7th season lol Things needed on the next game are defo tag call outs, mixed tag matches, ladder matches, 3-4 way tag matches, and i know theres no mid card titles for women irl but id like to see another belt being as the men have it, it makes sense And up the difficulty please! 😂 Ps new to your channel and now a new subscriber 🙂
Nice moves but you need to get more tag teams and a wider variety of superstars. You have a little too many heals you need more faces and other class types you don’t have many fighters and specialists are the worst class in terms of ratings
I'm planning to go up to whenever a GM wins the hall of fame trophy thing, which I assume is the new MyGM endgame. A bunch of stuff happened last year that made me stop the 2K22 series, but I'm a bit more organized now, so I should be more active this year.
I like that superstars can jump ship to a different brand, but yeah, trades are a big part of a good GM Mode. Especially if you're playing with/against friends.
Hopefully since WCW is added we get ECW in a patch with Paul Heyman, would also love too choose which era of RAW or Smackdown with the titles of that era
Yeah, I feel like WCW feels out of place this year being the only retro brand. Not that it's a bad addition, would just like to see more old-school options alongside it in the future. ECW and Paul Heyman would be cool.
@@Mathwiz97X definitely agree there tbh should have been both WCW and ECW together, wouldn't mind seeing Attitude Era Raw also and WCW needs big gold belt,US title and tag, maybe cruiser weight and just drop women's like when SVR 08 Raw had women's and smackdown had cruiserweight

idk how i feel about 25 shows per season. Some nice improvements but still some features that will need to be added
I feel like the multiple seasons is good, but being able to change the week counts on top of that would be nice
