I picked up a gently used blue xrt from facebook marketplace. Had a few scratches on the body but all the suspension was clean, no rust and never been run into anything or bottomed out hard. $650 for the truck, 2x 6700mah 4c traxxas batteries, the dual live charger and the light kit. Couldn't pass the deal up. Guy said as soon as he bought it all his buddies bought crawlers so he just wanted to liquidate it lol
Nice! This guy said he was just trying to downsize his collection and drove his xmaxx more. Sounded like they have some land and looks like, just drive them and don’t clean them lol
You might have the same disease I have. It's called not stock syndrome. I built an xmaxx ultimate with to motor and ESC and an xrt with a low geared high kv hobbywing motor/ESC. Went and bought a used stockish xmaxx for playing since mine were too fast for my small yard. Here I go again adding more parts to make it better. It a very satisfying hobby but dam. I can't stop and I'm already an old man. Good luck brother and new subscriber.
I get the too good to be true thing. Literally had a dude who traded me a almost brand new kraton 8s he had for my xmaxx roller that was super beat .... didnt even have a body. Dude just showed me his rc car and I kept asking him if he wanted to check the xmaxx out but he just kept talkin about the kraton lmao. Ended up with a like new kraton 8s for a roller that I was never gonna use (bad condition). Said he wanted a winter project lol.

Shoot can’t beat that! If he hadn’t of slammed the brakes on the asphalt it would have been fully running. Still a steal!
