Been to Florence. Spent there 3 days. You are not wrong about the interior of the cathedral but that is well known if you bother to read a guide book. You forgot to mention all he art galleries, works of Michelangelo and Donatello etc which are the main reason to visit. Florence is overrun by tourists but there's also a lot of nice parts of Florence as well. I don't agree it's overrated. You just need to know what to look for :)
I actually love Florence for the food and the attractions. Had an amazing time and knowing Italian helps. Plus I lived and worked in Italy so I frequented the place a lot. Paris is all about going to see the sites and leaving. It is dirty but there are better parts of France to see and enjoy.
That's exactly how the traffic happened, completely overrun place by people from everywhere on the planet. You can do many many things in Bali but it's definitely not the only place where you can do them. The cool experience of Bali is expensive, very far away from the dirt poor losers staying at hostels, bungalows. Paris is apparently mad dirty and very expensive.
@@clay9185 I've traveled extensively and experienced many incredible places, and I still stand by my opinion that Bali is the best. Maybe you should get out more and see what makes Bali so extraordinary before making such comments.

I was last in Bali for a mates birthday last year & I have to say it’s the most over rated place I’ve been to.. Beaches not that great, rubbish everywhere.. Glad u love Bali, I just didn’t get why it’s so popular & I’ve been there several times..

Bali is just a normal destination. It's indeed overhype and overrated. Even the beach are not clean. Garbage everywhere.
