  • I'm heading away for another solo camping trip, and I've rolled out my swag beside the Buckland River.
The Buckland Valley has a lot of great camping spots.
These are great spots to set up for a relaxing solo camping trip beside the Buckland River.
Many of the 4WD tracks are close to camp, making it easy to head out on the tracks for the day.
The Buckland Valley has so much to explore in your 4x4.
Not far from the Buckland Valley camping spots, is the short drive up to the summit of Mount Buffalo.
Mount Buffalo Victoria, would be one of the most under rated mountain rangers in the Victorian High Country.
Mount Buffalo National Park has so much to offer with stunning mountain views and breath taking waterfalls.
The Mount Buffalo waterfalls would be some of the best you will see any where in Australia.
Check out this short video for some ripper weekend ideas taking in the Buckland Valley and the Mount Buffalo National Park, in the Victorian High Country.
This region is well worth taking a look, for a relaxing weekend get away.

We camped at that spot on the Buckland for five nights and used it as a base to explore around the area. We pretty much had it to ourselves in April. Great stuff.
