The silenced sound actually varies between which base weapon you use. Meaning if you had a br w/ sound dampener as the base, the other req weapons would actually have a different sound compared to the ar w/ sound dampener. And from what I can tell, the faster the fire rate of the base weapon, the more effective it is at silencing individual shots. So if we were to use the smg w/ sound dampener, there will be some weapons where you actually cannot hear the weapon being fired whatsoever even from your perspective. Idk silenced is still silenced at the end of the day, but I just wanted to blurt this out real quick cuz I found this a while ago too and it's honestly too interesting lol

you could do this with any weapon, chang any weapons configuration to one thats not its standard. after, change the weapon itself and dont touch the configeration lots of cool power weapons if your creative

its kind of hard to hear with all the weapon pads going off constantly... i mean they are silenced so maybe moving away to actually hear the difference would have been a good idea

Silencers don’t natter because even if you try to sneak around, your spartan is simply going to yell “RELOADING!” as loud as they can.
