This is awesome! The game is legitimately excellent, great Robocop beatemup I remember playing a lot as a kid. For once the emulator filter actually really brings out how great the level and art design is. Can’t wait for the upcoming Robocop: Rogue City with Peter Weller returning as Murphy! 🥰🥰🥰
Nothing like a section that requires waggling the stick and mashing the buttons. How many of these machines were rendered unplayable by people decimating that stick? 😂
sheet, every street fighter 2 machine had at least one button that got mashed to the point of inoperability & one stick ALWAYS worked better than the other

That shooting stage on the motorcycle… MAN Robocop is REALLY fucking up interstate commerce, blowing up all those trucks like that. We’re already dealing with shortages on store shelves!
Robocop was one franchise that never got as many toys or games as I thought it would have. I mean how it didn't have a HUGE ACTION FIGURE market? I mean the Ed-209, even a Red Foreman action figure would have been EPIC! The cop cars, even Hot Wheels could have made die-cast renderings of the OCP Police Cruisers. Greenlight made one and I was lucky enough to actually see one, so I grabbed it immediately! But seriously so many toys COULD have been made. NECA now does a Ultimate Robocop figure. Just mind boggling that with how successful toy lines were especially the Sci-Fi genres and police 🚔 and Superheroes action figure lines. But? I know that there were some made. Especially when the "Re-boot" came out. The PG-13 💩terd!💩 They had the black suited Robocop and the OG silver one. The original movie and the original creator's vision is by far a better version and makes much cooler looking toys!
I doubt the burglary at nicks gun shop should more of a priority than the gangs with chainguns, RPGs and mech suits running around the city. Nick probably has insurance, he'll be fine.
In the original japanese version you start this game in the las scene of Robocop 1. I don't understand why they cut that prologue off in the american version.
Ah dude, you should have played the Japanese version of Robocop 2, it contains a prologue first level that recaps the ending of the first Robocop movie.
2000 and up babies missed out. Not too mention, we had harder games compared to now. The lack of frame data made us be more *PRECISE* about our movements. This generation has so much room for error when it comes to frame data and they don't even know.
you are every arcade owner's worse nightmare. I used to finish terminator 1 with 1 quarter and the owner of the arcade cranked the difficulty to the top .. I stopped coming and when i came back he changed the game. Kind of ruined it for everyone else just to get at me for finishing on one quarter.
With enough memorization, practise (and lots of coins) you can learn to 1CC almoust anything. I remember going through Crisis Zone with no damage taken. Then again, I also remember losing at Ninja Assault within the first few minutes...

This version was pretty good in my personal opinion but i feel part 1 of the arcade version was slightly better than this one 🤔.
