Mmmmmmmm, Another delicious recipe, and I love a great Philly cheese steak even an imitation one. I'll have to give that chuck steak idea a try. Your right about the prices of rib eyes, insane now a days. Thanks for the shout out. Take care and stay safe in OK. Starting to get hot here in Preskitt, 90 today whew !!!!!!!!!.
Peter - An Excellent creation, as always. I like the idea of using a Chuck Roast rather than Ribeye. Will have to give this a go very soon. I also think I will use the flat Griddle plate instead of the ribbed grille plate as it should cook the onions, peppers, etc. more evenly. What do you think? Raybo in San Jose
It's brand new! lol. I have read that the Easy Off heavy duty degreaser in the manual spray bottle is good. The oven cleaner is NOT good as it will put the inside metal.
That's not how the Ninja Woodfire Grill works. The pellets only put out a Smokey flavor it uses electricity to power. My point was to show you can use chuck steak instead of ribeye and still have it be a delicious meal. Thanks for the comment. Peter
Sandwich looks good. However, I can't believe you received any smoke flavor by cooking the meat for only a few minutes with a handful of pellets. Why not slow-smoke the entire unsliced roast first? Allow the smoke to penetrate over time and then finish on the griddle.

Thanks Ray, I agree the griddle is a good choice. I don't have one for this grill, but had one for the former grill that I used frequently. Peter
Peter, enjoy your shows! Please tell us how you keep your Wood fire grill so spotless!

The ribeye prices have become completely insane!
I agree! Just don't understand the price difference. Peter
