Samoa’s general election dead heat | The World

The Samoan citizens are still waiting to know who the winner of the general election is.
Counting so far has resulted in a dead heat between the two major parties which is an unexpected electoral rebuke of the ruling party, as it has dominated Samoa for the past forty years.
