I bought it in the Microsoft Store and gave the first rating of 5 stars, because the truth is that I was impressed by the quality of it and how it surpassed the Aerosoft A330.
The aerosoft a330 is still the best looking a330 on the market and the only one who reminds me of a real a330-300. All the others look like playtoys to me.
I love this Aircraft from LFVR, Not that complex and Yet Delivers Good Performance and Very Enjoyable to fly. Many thanks for this Review!! The Installation Automatically calibrated from Honeycomb Yoke and Throttle which was a Real Pleasure!!
Thanks for doing a quick review. I have a couple of suggestions for ways you could make the videos a bit better: 1) If you're showing off a new plane, change the time of day to daytime, so we can see it bright on the screen. Everything was so dark in this video, it was hard to properly see the model and texturing. 2) Don't mess around with the game volume so much. It was weird that we couldn't hear any of the plane sounds until you took off and then it was so loud I had to turn my volume down. Just find a good balance between you and the game and leave it there. 3) It would've been nice to hear the engine start-up sounds. 4) You spent 60% of the video looking at the model and talking, and then just showed the last tiny little bit actually flying, and not even showing the systems working in the cockpit. I would much rather see you fly a traffic pattern to get a quick idea of how it handles take off, climb, approach and landing. I think the best reviewer out there right now is 320simpilot. Maybe look at his videos to get some ideas, because the format he does is brilliant.
Hey i realy appriciate the effort you took to write this out for me! this is exactly what i needed. some straight to the point advise on what i can do better and improve uppon! i realy want to thank you for the advise! im going to note this down and try to improve uppon the content that i will make in the future!
If it's exactly like the A330-900 from LVFR and you are looking to do some real flaying (interact with system i.e packs OFF), don't waste your money. I bought the -900 from them and I'm quite disappointed. Good graphic details. Simple: Nice toy to PLAY with.
For Xbox, the a330-200 is not to good once you land the break doesn’t work and it doesn’t allow you to turn once on the ground. The update for the a330-900 is bad aswell it damaged the aircraft it has the same issues as the a330-200!!
LVFR make decent planes. The model (cabin & cockpit) look brilliant and the buttons modeled are totally sufficient. My only problem with them are their flight models. So far, all of their Airbuses feel "glitchy" when handflying them. I wish they had a handling similar to Fenix A320, or at least to the standard Asobo A320neo. I just can't handfly any of LVFRs Airbuses, which is a pity, cause it spoils the otherwise great experience.
honesytly i agree with you but i think hand flying works just fine, its a big plane wich is ahrder to controll. but it would be nicer if it felt better or more like the fenix indeed. But mate this is 100x better than the Aerosoft A330
I usually use inibuilds a320 v2, as easy to fly from A to B. Been waiting for a more worthwhile long haul option on xbox, would you recommend? im not expert with simulators, does it allow automatic flightplan intergration for simbrief etc?
YES! it has simbrief and navigraph integration so you can import flight plans from there. also you ahve the option to import flight plans from the in game flight planner. wich works like a charm i realy love this plane for its size and for being easy to use. it does also not lack in teh flight dynamics. it feels like a heavy and big plane. i realy reccomend it if youa rea beginner to have some nice and fun A to B flights
I would wait if I were you. You can barely see the beacon nav and strobe lights it needs to be updated. The lights from the cabin by the wings are horrible.
its a lot of fun to fly in my opinion. i would reccommend it ust because of that reason. dont expect a study level plane here. just fun flight from A to B in a plane that looks good
Yes, definitely. looks nicer in the cockpit and handels a bit better if you ask me. also 3 engine variants in the package. definelty better than Aerosoft A330 that realesed same day
Does the engine change in the fmc when you choose the ge, pw or RR? (I have their a318 CEO and the fmc says its a leap because its an asobo 320 cockpit lol)
The Ini standalone planes are really good, but their MSFS partner planes that are included in the Sim have been definitely not up to their standard so I wonder if Microsoft is handcuffing them in a way or making them develop things quickly so they keep making more and more planes. I wouldn’t expect any of the included default planes to be that much better than this. But could be wrong
@v1rotatev230 I get your perspective. Personally I'm thinking that they limit the fidelity so that new ans seasoned simmers can have fun flying the planes they develop. Otherwise it would only be marketed towards a certain type of simmer. And they would not make as much money :)
Nice review, I'm interested. Right now I've had to do with the Aerosoft A330 for P3D. Looks like you used both the LVFR A320 and the Fenix one. What do you exactly lose by going with LVFR? Unlike the A320, there are no other A332s.
LVFR is liek hte base Asobo A320. Simple and eaasy to use. if you want more realisim and a plane that feels more true to life you should fly the Fenix. with A320 planes but when it come to the A330 its up to personal prefrence. do you want simplicity? easy and fun to fly stick with LVFR, do you want a proiduct with no cabin but a better looking cockpit? you go with Aerosofot A330. Yet keep in miund that the Aerosoft A330 is not finisihed therea rea lot of features missing at the moment.
@@TheflyingTurk thanks for your reply. I never flew the Asobo A20N, but I do fly the LVFR A339 and PMP A333. So, if I understand you correctly, the A332 would be practically the same as these two, right?

I wont be buying anything for msfs 2020, but if i would get one, it would be this
its a nice plane to fly. fund and easy. plus we can trasnfer this to MSFS2024
they still should add a throttle calibration page to their aircraft, using my thrustmaster throttle quadrant with these is pretty annoying
that i cannot disagree with, but this is a xbox controler friendly plane. it is more aimed at the beginning simmers or at xbox simmers.
