Awesome content man! What kind of leather do they use? Steerhide or kip leather for their custom gloves? Also how to add the special requests? I’d love to get the shifted logo placement and the Japanese-inspired lacing for the wrist but couldn’t find it in the glove builder
Great glove, I kinda like how tight JL’s are on your hand, it sucks at first, but I really feel like the glove shapes to my specific hand over time. Loving the postings, I’d really like the outfield perspective you bring, no hate on the Ball Glove King but he really feels like an INF specialist. I’d love to see you be to OFers what he is to INFers
Thanks man! I love Chris’s stuff, his videos are really well put together, I want my videos to flow like his one day. Also I’m glad you like the outfield perspective, I’m biased because I play outfield but I do think OF gloves should get more love!
I still gotta go with the Rawlings custom. Im a sucker for mint colored gloves and you cant beat the single piece trap design. The JL is a very nice glove though! congrats on the new pickup.
My first JL when I first got it, I thought the same thing. I thought I was going to have to send it back to them because it was so uncomfortable and hard to fit my hand in. I took my chance though and it’s broken In better than any of my gloves.

I just got a custom ra08 from JL. its a beautiful glove. I have a few gloves and this is definitly my fave.
