    After putting on his shoe my ex would always take his thumb and sort of mash the toe of the shoe to make sure his toes were flat inside the shoe

      That's what I I try to do to try keep my toes straight .did he find it helped my toes are still abit bent

    I always used to wear DC's before my accident and I still wear them to this day they are a good shoe to grip onto my foot plate and one of my chairs I had to put griptape on cuz the foot play was garbage suggestion for shoes for you though rdcs

    it seems you have enough waist and back strength to keep sitting balance

      I am a T5 complete. No sensation or movement below my chest. I have no abs. That’s all acquired balance from doing this for a while.

    great vid man! y dont u use easy stand to strech ur legs? myselaf have one i stand each day put strengh on my legs
