By some of the comments bellow I'm dumbfounded that some are amazed that bread can be made this way. Do they think that there have been kitchen ovens like today since bread was invented? Bread is one of the oldest foods in the history of mankind people.

I prefer a dutch oven but that looks to work just fine. Same principle and you should give it a try, it's fun.
