    4. *Knee issues*: Modify or avoid deep knee bends if you have knee injuries, arthritis, or chronic pain.
    5. *High blood pressure/Heart patient *: Avoid holding breath or inverted poses; modify with gentle movements.
    6. *Glaucoma*: Avoid inverted poses, as they can increase eye pressure.
    7. *Recent injuries or surgeries*: Avoid putting pressure on affected areas or modifying with gentle movements.
    8. *Osteoporosis*: Modify or avoid deep forward bends, twists, or weight-bearing poses.
    9. *Menstruation*: Avoid intense practice during heavy flow days; modify with gentle movements.
    10. *Dizziness or vertigo*: Avoid rapid movements or modify with gentle, slow movements.
