Every time I always see players turtling waiting for you to make the first move. Dodge behind and getting some hits is the best way to counter block spammers
I want them to use the hero and vehicle and reinforcement AI and add them to arcade cause I play a lot of split-screen with my friends. On a less selfish note I want them to add more heroes, support GA, make private matches, and add a light saber lock mechanic to light saber combat. The light saber lock is if you attack and they block but you don't release the attack button and hold it and they hold the block button instead of your light saber bouncing off it should lock with you opponents as you see in the movies a lot slowly draining both your stamina. Adding this with some voice lines or animations for the mechanic will be a lot of work but will make light saber fighting more cinematic and life like instead of just repetitively swinging. And no one can be upset because by releasing the block or attack button or dashing away you can stop the mechanic.
@@Sinnergy I'm sure they could fix it by just letting the attacker dodge out of it, sure it can set up 2 v 1 to be a nightmare but Lys face it 2 v 1 is a nightmare.
It's pretty risky using choke in galactic assault even with the 25% damage reduction. You still get melted by infantry and it takes awhile to get out of your choke animation. I kinda miss his 90% damage reduction even though it was annoying.
matt M didn’t say he was bad, just the change literally made one of his abilities useless in GA I understand the nerf but it shouldn’t have been that heavy
Literally died because Vader was choking one assault class and anakin was on my ass. Also choke shouldnt work if there is no one there, like oops didn't choke him I'll have to wait a minute.
I knew I wasn’t the only one experiencing rubber banding, it was fine last week but this has been the most stressful and frustrating week that I decided to avoid HvV until it is fixed. This is scary to be honest because who knows what happens next.
Nice video man this realy helped me to look at my play style better especially as Vader and trying to learn that parry move is gunna be my key focus I have been wanting to play hero showdown but most of the time end up with a Christmas noob on my team and of course the other team are the "MLG" pros who quickly make it a 2 v 1 match with them just spam swing the whole time till the finish me off but watching this gave me a few new ticks I can try to get better and playing against those odds thanks 🤘🏼

3:20 well but your opponents sometimes are just really lost... when I pop advance nobody is stupid enough to keep standing in it in my matches... the ability really doesn't seem worthwhile in HvV anymore tbh... they can just dodge away or hit you from behind and your turning speed is so slow...
Yeah I usually just cancel it early when I notice nobody takes the bait. Canceling it so fast actually takes them by surprise because most players just let the ability time out. I usually do a thrust surge or claw rush right after

I’m hoping the next duel will be Kenobi and Anakin vs Vader. It basically gives Anakin a chance to conquer his dark side, and it gives Kenobi a rematch.
You definitely know how to saber combat but your abilities end up missing or getting blocked a lot shown especially in the first match, and also used your stamina a lot leaving you wide open when playing vader
Idk about you dude but I find the extra damage card Grievous' UA very helpful in HvV and HS. Looks like you could've killed some if you had it equipped

Whenever i play heroes showdown it puts me against kids that just spam the block until they get all their abilities and then they run away whenever they get low on health and it always ends in a draw... or both of them just gang bang one guy at a time. THEY NEED A 1v1 gamemode
Vader’s force choke needs a nerf. If you are playing GA and you get caught in it it’s OVER. And I check my mini map regularly, but I think the ability registers a little too well. I’ll be playing as Luke trying to get a good killstreak and I swear every time I let my guard down Vader is behind me and has his choke ready to go. Or sometimes I’ll just have finished using an ability and block before the choke is activated and it still goes through. And of course every time I get choked there’s always 3-4 heavies nearby and completely destroy me in 2 seconds. Maybe I should just start playing Yoda since he can cancel it.🤷🏻♂️

It's terrible I died because of it by rubberbanding off the level as Rey to hit grivious when I knocked him off on Hoth in HvV.

I had joined a duals match where doku and anikin kept facing off. I didn't realize lightsaber rp is a thing.

I always use it in HvV, not so much in HS because there are other more useful cards. It's great for fighting spammers though!

You are not supposed to keep pushing people away as anakin with his abilities. It's more against the wall or to repel attacks
