When i get damp heat in the LI channel, i get an itch at LI 11, always. If I don't get ahead of it, it becomes INTENSE!! It will then spread down the LI channel and spread into the SJ channel. The itch is so intense that I want to cut off my arm. ACV is the only thing that provides immediate relief enough to be able to back off the scratching to try and mentally fight of the urge to scratch. I don't have any other symptoms. I took an herbal formula which helped but the last couple times it wasn't as effective but still helped.

Wow. It feels like I am having this damp heat pattern at the moment. I'll use the three points you have shared. Just to be specific, do we stimulate these points clockwise or anticlockwise?
