For the B or W trick... (1) You can hit ANY key to return to your presentation; it doesn't have to be the Esc key specifically. (2) I teach, so I use this trick a lot when, for example, I put up a definition of a term, and the students become too busy simply transcribing what's on the screen to take notes, but they're not actually listening to what I'm SAYING in the way of explanation. So if I'm trying to make a particularly important point, I'll blank out the screen temporarily so I know I have their attention. When I've made my point, I put the text back up.

You can also turn on the laser pointer by holding down the left mouse button for 2 seconds. It will stay on as long as you hold the mouse button down. Speaking of laser pointers, you can't use a laser pointer on a flat screen display. Well actually you can use it, it just won't show up on the display.

Hi, we are using Office 365 version. When i use the Logitech USB headset or other earphones or internal microphone, the option of "Sub Titles" is not displayed even after closing & starting PowerPoint. Will it work only with External Microphone ? Please advise.
