@@nikitasingh3850 Do not mistake me as a supporter of the current govt either. I am student of personality and mental disorders, I am knowledgeable in this subject. Leaders like Erdogan, Trump, Modi, Indira, Hitler and countless others in History all have one thing in common - they are Narcissistic personalities, this is a mental disorder. Ofcourse, it does not negate the good they may have done for their country, however their personalities are dangerous because they do not think about others, even the good that they do, is because they identify some benefit in that for themselves. They are wired to be able to think only about themselves, which makes them dangerous. E.g. if they do charity, it is not to help others, it is to make them look good.

What a Fabulous Presentation By two phenomenal persons for Leadership topic!
One of the best editorial I have seen, forget politics just you relate these qualities to your own bosses and rate them it's interesting
fantastic discussion. learned a lot from this hour. a lot to work on. thank you so much for this.
Thank you for coming on Sunday sujit ji 🙏
Superb explanation sujit sir and tarun sir. If lecturers teach in a such a beautiful manner theory subject will no longer be boring and very practical explanation 👌👌👌
Absolutely fantabulous editorial! Thank you!
Tarun was fabulous, his clarity and way of communication is amazing. I agree on the 3 points he mentioned, Its lonely in the top and Lead from the front and empathy. It would be great to hear him on what's options with future leaders for India
Fantastic interview .. must watch
Excellent show. This is why i have stopped watching junk on TV and subscribed to HW News.
Beutiful presentation sir. Very well way explained the leadership qualities.🙏🙏
Simply Great. Thank you Sujitji for informative and classy program. So true, those who don't know about Bapu, talk I'll about him, shows lack of knowledge and shallow information of our freedom struggle.
Excellent editorial ever presented
Sujit Sir , thanks for giving us extra ordinary speaker Mr Tarun on leadership Superb conversation
If you go through all the points, then Modi gets 0 in every points.
Too many negatives, a cruel wicked beast.
To compare this Modiji with the rest of the true leaders whom you say had the real qualities of the leadership then you are trying to insult those great personalities who are incomparable to this make believe leader like this chaiwaala from Gujarat 😂😂😂😂😂
Modi is a calculated media creation. Gujarat model was a hoax. Played and playing power poltics to subdue dissent and discussion
Simply ‘The Best Ever’ HW News presentation to date.
Not one of these qualities is found in our "supreme leader".
Coz, he is more a DEALER, than a LEADER....
And his followers r cheer-LEADERS.
👍
Sujit n Tarun it was a pleasure listening to both of u. Kudos to both of u, pl continue to shine yr intelligent light in all the darkness around us
A leader in political context has to be empathetic, equitable, rational , accept different point of view and be diplomatic to win over with respect with short term objectives & long term vision . Leadership is aura it’s a ghosts which inspire or fear to do right things at the point in time .
History will b kind to me..Dr Manmohan Singh 🙏
We need some one like Indra Gandhi to pull us through this mess.
Indira Gandhi is 10 on 10
True. During emergency our rights were curtailed but the country learned to be disciplined. Where as now, corruption and indicipline has increased many folds.
I am a congress supporter but I do not agree. Indira and Modi are two sides of the same coin. Both are Narcissistic personality disorder cases. Strong'man' leaders who are incapable of empathy.
@@ML-jw8kflet me tell you I was never fan Mrs Gandhi, please do not degrade Mrs Indira Gandhi. During her tenure, the govt had policies for development of country, don't forget nationalisation of banks. During '71 war, her stand,... she never discouraged scientific temperament in society... We were proud to be called an indian then!
Name one policy by current govt thats has been for the benefit of country.
Another great quality of P V Narsimha Rao is building up a consensus inclusive of the opposition !!
