    I was deciding between both, both displays look great. I went to Costco Saturday got the 77” S90C since the it has the newer panel and I really liked the QD tech combined with the OLED for that higher brightness, it was $2299.99 instead of the $2499.99 that both showed online. Any option someone chooses is really a great option for years to come and hard to decide.

  • @themakerstand2836

    You missed a couple major considerations that make this an incomplete comparison video.
    1: The S90C in 83” is not QD-OLED. If you’re buying an 83” it is the same panel as the LG C3. If you’re going 83” there is no reason other than price to go with an S90C.
    2: Image processing and up scaling, the C3 has earned higher marks in this regard, this will make much of the streaming and low quality content look sharper with less grain.
    3: S90C has no Dolby Vision, which is the dominant standard for next generation HDR- for most content that is available in DV with the S90C you’ll be downgraded to HDR10 which is an old standard and noticeably worse looking.
    Those are major considerations that should have been mentioned to inform your viewers. Both are great TVs. And if you’re looking at 77 or smaller the S90C is a fantastic choice.

      @easyrider76 11 หลายเดือนก่อน +3

      I bought a Miniled TCL C805 for the dining room and I can say that I'm disappointed because the image movement is bad as is the upscaling. I can set any settings for the movement of the picture, but it will never be solidly good, because if I watch a series in which a person runs, it looks as if the cameraman's hand was shaking when he was filming. For me, it's a disaster if the TV can't show good picture movement, and I know for myself that it certainly wouldn't be the case with Sony, but Philips TV also shows good picture movement, just like upscaling pictures. It is not surprising that mostly all these people who test and compare all types of TVs recommend that those users who watch a lot of streams, especially those with poorer image quality, that Sony is the best TV for such matters. This year's LG C3 also improved in terms of image upscaling, so that's good to know. I read what these experts who compare and test TVs say, that, for example, from Miniled TV, Hisense has better upscaling than TCL, but it has worse picture movement, but then, if TCL is bad for me in terms of picture movement, how would it be Hisense. I will probably never go to buy another TV like Sony or Philips, because I know how they work and that in terms of panel brightness, when the TV is taller because of this, it doesn't play a role for me at all. We still mostly only watch SDR content, and even then because of the poorer quality, we have such conditions with our TV channel providers. I no longer believe that TCL or Hisense is a good TV in terms of picture movement and upscaling, the bad thing is that there is no real picture movement and you watch these irregular picture movements.

    For the samsung Not sure if was the s90c. Even when shining a flashlight on it did not reflect to much.
    I do think the LG was better looking then the samsung in terms colour. But again not sure if was the s90c
    Edit a samsung in store had So agrasive antiglare. Then takes more energy more brightness. So maby the Nits are just fake marketing cause the antiglare layer sucks??
    Stiill deciding tho. Good i mean decent review tho not to bad. But somethings could be more explained and showcaused for sure
